Downstairs, you’ll find a functional galley kitchen equipped for everyday cooking, along with a dining table that seats six. The two-level layout provides separation between shared living spaces and private sleeping areas, giving your group both connection and comfort.
OUTDOOR LIVING
Enjoy the inviting patio space, where you can dine under a lighted pergola or unwind around the unique gas fire pit. This outdoor area is perfect for relaxing evenings or casual meals after a day of exploring. A fenced dog run area is also available for your four-legged companions.

The residence is a bit dated but fulfilled our necessities. Fruita is a lovely town sitting on the edge Grand Valley. Our Host was on a mission to ensure our experience was bar none. If we lacked anything, they were set to jump on it. This location is within walking distance to downtown and surrounding restaurants.Reed park is just across the street and the host provides you with equipment to enjoy it all. There's a skate park taboo. There's also a shed to lock up your bikes when they weren't in use. For you adventure seekers, don't forget to check out Imondi Wake Zone.Can't wait to come back.
