Thank you Maureen for our wonderful accommodations. Beautiful home !All amenities were amazing, professional done, and high end.Great bath and shower. We had everything we needed (and more) during our stay.The property was extremely well maintained and clean.We hope to return next trip.

Beautifully kept home, clean, quiet neighborhood.Absolutely breathtaking view from the front porch.The master shower alone makes this home worth the stop to stay here. We loved our 20th anniversary Getaway to Fruita. Maureen is an excellent hostess & was available for any questions or help that we needed. 10/10

If I could give Kokopelli House a greater than 10 star rating I would. Meticulously cared for, awesome host and great location make for the perfect trifecta. Do not hesitate to book this property if you plan to stay in the area.
