About this house rental

Mulberry house. Walking distance to downtown and 2 blocks away from the Hot Tomato. Huge backyard with covered patio, fire pit, and lockable shed for bikes and gear. The backyard is fenced on 3 sides and open at the driveway. Newly remodeled with all new windows, appliances, cabinets, floor, furniture, and we added air conditioning! Come stay and enjoy Fruita. Lots of hiking and mountain biking just minutes away. Our place is fully stocked for you to enjoy. We allow dogs only with a pet fee. The pet fee covers one dog. We allow 2 but we do charge an extra $50 for the 2nd dog.

What an amazing place! We absolutely loved it and felt so at home. Well stocked with anything you could need and a beautiful backyard for our dog. Thank you so much for having us! Can’t recommend this property highly enough.
