Such a welcoming and adorable place! This home fit our needs perfectly, and I couldn’t stop saying how cute it was. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely rent it again when we return to Fruita.

We’ve stayed in Fruita many times to do some biking, and we may have found another favorite. Topo house is quiet and tastefully updated, with a well-equipped kitchen and nice separation of living areas and bedrooms. Though we didn’t use the backyard in November, we could tell it would be a great summer hangout.

The house wasn’t bad. However, the smoke alarms were malfunctioning and beeping all night. I contacted host to send someone over to fix but they never did. Also the washer does not work properly and rattles around all over
