Mulberry house. Walking distance to downtown and 2 blocks away from the Hot Tomato. Huge backyard with covered patio, fire pit, and lockable shed for bikes and gear. The backyard is fenced on 3 sides and open at the driveway. Newly remodeled with all new windows, appliances, cabinets, floor, furniture, and we added air conditioning! Come stay and enjoy Fruita. Lots of hiking and mountain biking just minutes away. Our place is fully stocked for you to enjoy.

Would have loved this place but the fire detectors started chirping at 3am. Low batteries. There were no spare batteries and so we got no sleep. Aside from this annoyance, the property is absolutely idyllic for a small group of visiting cyclists. We just got unlucky.

This was one of our most enjoyable stays. The home was beautifully appointed and immaculate. Located just two blocks from downtown in a quiet neighborhood. Our host was very responsive to my email questions and provided helpful information for our stay. The backyard and patio are perfect for enjoying morning coffee or a glass of wine in the evening. Everything we could have wanted was at this rental including bike racks in a locked shed, an outdoor grill and a fully furnished kitchen. We will definately return.
