With a vision to restore an early 1900's hotel with a modern twist, we've created a modern funky vibe, while keeping historic elements in every unit. Old bones but modern amenities like extremely fast WIFI and mini split heating/cooling.
This building was one of the first hotels in Fruita in the 1900's, formally known as The White House Hotel. Our goal during renovations was to keep historic elements, while blending modern funky design and modern amenities for guests comfort. Original trim work lines the halls and original hotel doors were refurbished into closet barn sliding doors. Newly renovated with historic and modern elements makes this property truly unique.
Uniquely renovated 1 bed 1 bath apartment with kitchenette. Kitchenette includes double burner, convection oven and microwave oven for cooking. Oversized mini fridge provides freezer and extra refrigerator storage for your goods.

Property worked great and is close to the expo and bus pick up/drop. The mattress was a little firm for my liking but otherwise everything was fine.
