Downtown Fruita Location! Come experience the small town, mountain bike, community of Fruita, CO. Walk to nearby local favorites such as, Hot Tomato, Camilla's Cafe, and Copper Club Brewery. Bring your bike and explore the many trails Fruita has to offer. With a vision to restore an early 1900's hotel with a modern twist, we've created a modern funky vibe, while keeping historic elements in every unit. Old bones but modern amenities like extremely fast WIFI and mini split heating/cooling.

We've kept as many of the original features of the building that we could while adding a modern design flare, with all the modern comforts. Original trim work lines the halls, the exposed brick coal shoot, original hotel doors were refurbished into closet barn sliding doors. Newly renovated and sparkling clean.
