With a vision to restore an early 1900's hotel with a modern twist, we've created a modern funky vibe, while keeping historic elements in every unit. Old bones but modern amenities like extremely fast WIFI and mini split heating/cooling. Walk to nearby local favorites such as, Hot Tomato, Camilla's Cafe, and Copper Club Brewery. Bring your bike and explore the many trails Fruita has to offer.
Funky, fresh, and vibrant design. This building was one of the first hotels in Fruita in the 1900's, formally known as The White House Hotel. Our goal during renovations was to keep historic elements, while blending modern funky design and modern amenities for guests comfort. Original trim work lines the halls, exposed brick coal shoot in unit 3, and original hotel doors were refurbished into closet barn sliding doors. Newly renovated with historic and modern elements makes this property truly unique.
