A lovely home in outskirts of Perugia that is perfect for a family

We were at the place as a family with young kids. Kids loved the sofa bed downstairs. The host was exceptional. Very quick at replying to requests and assisted us with our change of arrival timings. Very friendly and very helpful. Gave us a complete tour of the property with the amenities and helped us out with local information of Perugia as well. He even suggested us with parking places, Perugia Centre roads and overall, we were very happy with the place. It is a very well managed and spotless clean. The amenities include everything - from a lovely coffee machine, fridge/freezer, amazing bathroom and excellent bedroom and sofabed/living room. It is a home away from home. The host even kept water, juice, milk and breakfast stuff for us. Only 17mins away from Perugia Centre. Definitely highly recommended place.

Everything was just perfect. There is not one thing we can comment on that was wrong. It is in a quiet residential area, so perfect for families.

Very nice, almost perfect place to stay. Very clean and with everything you neeed included.( sheets, towels, soap, coffe machine with the coffe, ). A the whole apartment is realy nice built and with such good beds.

La locazione tranquilla in assenza di rumori Il parcheggio privato a 10 metri dalla truttura Il letto è.magnifico la cucina minimale con tutto cio che serve L.ambiemte e molto pulito e lo staff è sempre a disposizione Vicino al b&b cii sono tutti i servizi supermercati frutterie gelaterie una lavanderia a gettoni ecc La locazione geografica ti aiuta visitare l Umbria in pochissimo tempo ed è vicina a tutte le principali attrazioni

Inaspettato xchè lontano dal caos del centro città ma non lontano dal raggiungere

La colazione ottima ed abbondante La posizione della struttura è stata ottimale perché vicinissima all'imbocco della superstrada E45

Non cambierei niente perché si "snaturerebbe" la bellezza sia del rione di Valleceppi perché ci sono tutti i servizi essenziali e sia della struttura stessa

Appartamento molto carino, pulito, con tutto il necessario: anche il microonde, prodotti per la pulizia, topolini da leggere. 2 tv, quella del soggiorno bella grande. Comodi sia il letto che il divano letto. Per la colazione c'è tutto ( latte, yogurt, succo, Brioches di due tipi, fette biscottate, biscotti, Nutella, marmellata, te, caffè normale/ deca / orzo, nesquik!) Carini il soppalco e la doccia. Host molto attento, disponibile e cordiale per qualsiasi necessità, particolarmente con le famiglie. Non abbiamo mai avuto freddo sfruttando il riscaldamento normale, c'è comunque una stufa a disposizione in soggiorno in caso di necessità. Esperienza senza dubbio da ripetere
