Beautiful furnished apartment of 47m ² and its balcony of 10 sqm facing South / East garden side in high floor with elevator, renovated, quiet, bright thanks to its large windows, very well equipped and pleasant to live. Ideally located at the gates of Paris, at the crossroads of the 3 communes Montrouge, Arcueil and Cachan. It is 7 minutes walk from the station RER B "Arcueil Cachan" and A6 and peripheral roads. The Porte d'Orléans is accessible by bus in 5 minutes and Châtelet in 15 minutes via RER B.
You will find in a radius of 50 meters a shopping center, a supermarket, a pharmacy, a bakery, a pressing, restaurants, a tobacco, and a petrol station. A second shopping center "La Vache noire" is 10 minutes walk or accessible by bus in 1 station.
The apartment is composed as follows:
- in the living room: leather sofa, TV 26 inches, box with wifi and office
- in the kitchen (open to the living room): oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, hood, coffee maker, induction hob and crockery.
- in the bedroom: queen size bed (160X200) new, wardrobe / closet at your disposal, electric shutters.
- in the bathroom: large bathtub 1.80 m + Hansgrohé shower bar, shower screen, washing machine, and led lighting with colors.
- in the entrance: large closet of 4m² and extra storage for shoes.
The linen is provided (sheets, towels ...).
