proximity to paris ground floor proximity to supermarkets and a few restaurants good kitchen amenities

- it was really cold all throughout. sometimes the radiators would be warm but not enough, the room would still be cold (to the point that we were shivering). and sometimes the heating would be completely off. the floors were extremely cold and no slippers were provided. also no radiator in the bathroom so again extremely cold. and the draining of the shower was bad because the bathroom flooded every time we took a shower. - the bed was broken: one of the wooden bed slacks was broken so there was a hole in the middle of the bed. - the washing machine was broken which is really inconvenient, given that it is listed as an amenity and especially for a longer stay like ours it would have been really useful. the host instead offered to do a laundry load but at a bad time for us (around midday, we were already out). plus, a washing machine inside the room means that we can use it on our own time, we even brought our own detergent. so very unpleasant. and the host told us after we asked that it was broken by the previous occupant, but it's been broken since at least Nov 2024 (as per older reviews). - on the last day we were notified that we must sort out the trash and take it out to a place but no sorting/ trash bags were in the two trash cans of the room.

- Excellent chauffage - Très belle décoration - Cuisine très fonctionnelle et très équipée.

-Le lieux est excentré et compliqué d’accès à pied - Le propriétaire devrait donner plus d’information pour trouver la rue dans laquelle se situe le studio - Les lattes du lit étaient cassées et n’avaient pas été remplacé

Decepcionante

El espacio en cuestión estaba lleno de mosquitos, entraban por las rejillas de ventilación. La primera noche no pude dormir matándolos a pares, a cada momento tenia otro zumbando en el oido, fue bastante desagradable, opté por comprar insecticida para enchufar y la segunda noche descansé mejor, aunque por la mañana al entrar al lavabo vi que se habian concentrado unos cuantos mosquitos al tener el enchufe en la sala, los maté y ahora si opté por hacer foto, dado que estaba tan cabreado por la situación que opté por enviar un mensaje personal al anfitrión para exponer el problema, a lo que me contestó que era el primero en cuatro años que se quejaba y que era libre de valorar como me pareciera. En fin, si los mosquitos no representan una molestia para ti, adelante con la reserva, eso fue a 21 septiembre, seguramente en invierno será diferente. Otro punto a parte seria la limpieza, en la cama habian pelos largos supongo que de mujer y en la cafetera habian dos cápsulas usadas, lo que denota poca implicación en la limpieza. Adjunto las fotos con los restos de los mosquitos e imágenes de las paredes y muebles.

Lokalizacja blisko stacji RER i sklepu Auchan, cisza i spokój, dobry kontakt z właścicielem, dokładne instrukcje zameldowania, dobrze wyposażony apartament.

Dla 2 osób na 4 noce otrzymaliśmy 2 małe rolki papieru toaletowego (jedna rozpoczęta). Jako że w opisie apartamentu jako udogodnienie figurował "papier toaletowy" zwróciliśmy się z prośbą o doniesienie dodatkowych rolek. Co prawda właściciel rzeczywiście jedną rolkę dostarczył, natomiast usłyszeliśmy, że jest to wyjątek i nie świadczy "usług hotelowych" (rozumiem, że powinniśmy iść do marketu i kupić sobie od razu 12 sztuk? - absurd). Druga rzecz to okno nad łóżkiem jest tuż obok zewnętrznego stolika dostępnego również dla gości z drugiego apartamentu. Oznacza to, że jedzący tam posiłek goście zasadniczo mogą zaglądać nam do łóżka czy talerza, a brak klimatyzacji sprawia, że otwarte okno latem jest koniecznością.

Très bonne expérience !

Petit loft très bien placé, au calme et sans bruit autour. Le studio est très mignon et parfait pour l'usage que j'en faisais. À une dizaine de minutes de la maison des examens, et il y a des commerces à côté. Les instructions pour les clés étaient très claires. J'y retournerais avec plaisir.

S'il fallait trouver quelque chose, je parlerais juste des fourmis (il y avait quelques fourmis dans l'appartement.) Mais ça ne m'a pas dérangée et ne baisse donc pas ma note. Et la lumière extérieure s'est allumée et éteinte pendant environ un quart d'heure, et puisque la porte a quelques vitres qui laissent passer la lumière, cela s'est fait sentir. Mais encore une fois ça n'a pas été grave.
