Appartement fonctionnel et pratique, à proximité du métro. Literie très correcte pour un convertible. Très calme.
La chaleur, mais les propriétaires - qui avaient mis à disposition ventilateur et clim portative,- n'y sont pour rien 😁
Sinon une lampe de chevet serait la bienvenue.

Диван-кровать -не самая удобная. Дверь в душевую комнату тяжело закрывалась. Отсутствие полки для принадлежностей в душевой кабине.

Très bien situé à proximité du métro ligne 4, d'un supermarché, de restaurants. Les équipements sont fonctionnels et le studio situé sur l'arrière cour est bien conçu, lumineux, propre et très calme.
Facilité d'accès à toute heure par boite à clef.
Très bon rapport qualité prix.
il manque peut-être une lampe de chevet pour éviter de se lever pour éteindre la lumière le soir quand on se couche. mais ce n'est qu'un détail.

Emplacement parfait dans Montrouge, face à un supermarché, très pratique pour se ravitailler, et à 5 mn du métro Barbara. Alberto est très disponible et réactif aux demandes. Le quartier est très calme.
