A spacious room in a strategic area

This is my fourth visit to Paris and hence I was after a more relaxed less touristy stay. And that is exactly what I got - local authentic experience with calm atmosphere and safe environment. The location is absolutely great - there are a bakery and a fast food place right there, a convenience store a bit further away, a pharmacy, 2 metro stations and bus stops again very close by. Thing to note: be prepared for steps in the block of flats. Fun thing to discover: you CAN see the Eiffel Tour. We used the bus more than we did the metro as it took roughly the same time when you take into account having to otherwise change multiple times which actually took more time and was tiring for my 70 year old mom (considering the amount of steps with most metro stations anywhere). Whereas the bus takes you to pretty much anywhere you would wish to be especially as a tourist. The bakeries (yes, there are a few) are amazing and we highly recommend the apricot pastry from the one right on the corner. We also went for a very long walk the first day and discovered a great park (before the park we were aiming for) but that is a personal choice. The apartment itself - it is very cosy and convenient and everything is as per the description. Be confident yet careful with the door handles as they are a bit tricky but also carry heritage importance. Bath and WC were separate which was beneficial as well. You will in fact rarely see or hear the host, he is incredibly respectful, kind and considerate. He will be happy to help and give you recommendations and is very knowledgeable and passionate about his work. I would only make sure to take some ear plugs in case you are a light sleeper as the one thing you will hear is people going down the main stairs in the morning. Go and enjoy living like a local.

La disponibilité de l'hôte, sa gentillesse. La proximité avec mon lieu de travail pour la période et celles des commerces.

Etant très sensible à la lumière j'ai été réveillé dès 5h tous les jours car l'occultation de celle-ci n'était pas assez bien réussi.

Es algo lejos de los lugares turísticos La ventaja es que el metro ayuda. Tener claro que no tienes cocina. Tienes micro hervidor ventilador No puedes cocinar

La chambre était très bien

La salle de bain et le toilettes un peu vétuste et surtout il n'y avait pas de verrou
