Un accueil chaleureux du propriétaire, un endroit très calme, le charme des vieux immeubles, un brin de nostalgie si vous aimez le côté rétro d'un appartement d'époque, la proximité avec la gare Montparnasse.Un bon rapport qualité prix pour les budgets modestes.
Pas d'appréciation négative, je suis un voyageur qui aime les choses simples.

Ubicación muy segura y muy bien comunicada. La relación precio es muy buena y Yanis es muy discreto y simpático. La cama es cómoda. Muy bien tener café y una neverita.
El baño es vetusto y las toallas muy pequeñas pero para una noche o dos si viajas con un presupuesto apretado, este sitio te puede interesar; el alojamiento en París es muy complicado. Si vienes con muchas maletas, hay cuatro pisos sin ascensor. Es una situación muy común en inmuebles parisinos.

Merci à Yanis pour son accueil malgré mon arrivée tardive. La chambre est spacieuse, confortable et bien équipée. Les petites attentions, telles que le thé ou café, les petits bonbons, les serviettes, font toute la différence!
Un peu froid dans l'appartement mais le chauffage dans la chambre permet de palier à ce problème!

Yanis nous a très bien accueilli, et la chambre correspondait bien à la description. Le logement est également très pratique pour se rendre à Paris, tout en étant dans un quartier agréable.
