It’s located relatively closer to city
We were 4 people staying for 3 nights. The setting of the house was very impractical. You enter directly into the kitchen, followed by a bathroom with no toilet and then the living space that has a very tiny toilet (one can barely stand there) with no washbasin. The living room was relatively big but unfortunately useless and it was 3/4th covered by a giant table of no used it has a tv but no place to actually sit and watch. The bedroom was in an attic after climbing a few stairs with two double beds, forget about standing, one can barely sit and walk on fours to get to the e other end. I was staying with family but was a mistake, maybe with friends for a few days on low budget is fine. The response was very slow and there were spiders and mosquito in the house. Not worth staying and def not worth keeping 1000$ deposit for that matchbox of an apartment.

Living room was nice.
The apartment is basically a renovated garage. The bedroom ceiling was so low that we all ended up hitting our heads every single time. There is also an exposed lamp fitted on this ceiling that you could easily smash with your head if it is dark. The stair to the bedroom is dangerous. The toilet is tiny; you can’t sit with the door closed or if you are a man the ceiling lamp is in your face when in there. Towels in the bathroom were dirty with dark stains. The table in the living room had stains of bottles and glasses from previous users of the space. Overall it was an uncomfortable stay, not worth its high price.

Peccato, zona ok, appartamento che offrirebbe servizi interessanti come pin pong e biliardo, ma trattato molto male. Con
Bello il tavolo all’ingresso con il pin pong + il biliardo per quanto fosse sia il tavolo che gli accessori per giocarci non fossero in ottime condizioni (piano del biliardo sporco e storto, stecca del biliardo rotta etc.), la tv e il wi-fi perfetti. Ottima zona. Letti abbastanza comodi, anche il bagno non era male per quanto spazi molto ridotti
Ovviamente le immagini della struttura non sono coerenti con lo stato dell’appartamento, molto sporco, dai muri a per terra e pieno di ragnatele, divano del soggiorno indecente pieno di pop corn e spazzatura di vario tipo, sinceramente si vede che sarebbe un ottimo appartamento ma trattato molto male, non con la meritata accuratezza.

Location très agréable et au calme. Emplacement idéal pour passer des concours à l'ecole de Cachan.
Salle de séjour très confortable et cosy. Cuisine et salle de bain très fonctionnelle et propres.
l'escalier est assez abrupt et accès aux lits délicats si l'on est grand ou agé. pensez à le préciser lors de la location.

La struttura si presenta molto bene stile moderno ristrutturato da poco a parte la scarsa pulizia (polvere e ragnatele ovunque ) . All’interno , all’arrivo c’era un freddo gelido la prima notte , la Wi-Fi non funzionava, la porta del bagno (water) è stata manomessa non si chiudeva. La distanza indicata dal centro fiera è 30-40 min circa, considerando il traffico.

Je n'ai rien apprécié car nous n'avons pas pu avoir accès à notre chambre bien qu'on les ai appelés une fois devant l'hôtel!
Ce dont on a peur est qu'ils ne nous remboursent pas les 522,25 euros qu'on avait payés à la réservation et on avait bien fait le cheking auparavant!

Disfrutar del billar i el pin pon, llits grans i molt comodes, la ubicació propera al Rer, Cuina molt ben equipada. Supermercats i restaurants propers.
No hi ha sofà, el wc separat del rentamans, i ens va costar saber on era, perquè en les instruccions posa una porta blava i una porta blanca, i més que blau era un verd-blau i es tractava d'una porta de parking grisa. La diana no funcionava, només 2 puntes i estaven trencades.

La posizione era strategica, a 100 metri dalla stazione, si prendeva un unico treno per il centro con 15 minuti di percorrenza. Nelle immediate vicinanze c'era un market (mitico Joe) ed una patisserie. C'era anche un fast food ed un mc Donald

Honteux ! Plus jamais !
Je suis venue sur Cachan avec ma fille étudiante, pour qu'elle passe ses épreuves orales dans le cadre d'un concours. L'emplacement du logement était idéal (10 minutes à pieds du lieu d'examen).
Seul l'emplacement était bien ! Le logement a dû être rénové, certes, mais à moindre coût : les portes de la salle de bains et des toilettes ne ferment pas, la poignée du congélateur est cassée, et le seul fauteuil du séjour menace de s'écrouler quand vous vous asseyez dedans parce que l'un de ses pieds est sur le point de céder.
La chasse d'eau ne fonctionnait pas : vous n'avez qu'un numéro de portable, qui ne répond qu'aux SMS. Il s'agit d'une conciergerie automatique, qui ne semble pas comprendre qu'un seul rouleau de papier toilette entamé n'est pas suffisant pour 2 nuits !
C'est la femme de ménage, qui ne parle pas français (il a fallu communiquer par gestes !), qui est venue dépanner la chasse d'eau et nous apporter du PQ par la même occasion. La conciergerie automatique m'a avertie de son passage 1/4h après qu'elle soit partie, me demandant si j'étais sur place (à 21h45 !)...
L'état de propreté est plus que moyen : dans le séjour, la table sur laquelle vous êtes censés prendre votre repas est maculée de tâches, et nous avons du laver la vaisselle avant de nous en servir. Les draps étaient aussi mis à l'envers sur l'un des lits.
L'accent a été mis sur une déco très contemporaine, mais le logement n'est pas pratique : l'escalier qui mène à la chambre est extrêmement raide, une chambre avec une hauteur de plafond d'1m20 max ! Et 2 lits aux matelas qui s'affaissent sous votre poids (nous ne faisons que 60kg m'a fille et moi) ! Une ventilation dans la chambre qui donne sur la rue, vous profitez du passage des voitures toute la nuit...
Lorsque vous éteignez la lumière dans la chambre pour dormir, le boîtier vous tombe dans la main...

Ottima posizione a due passi da Rer supermercato e fast food/pizzeria. A 20 minuti da Parigi con la Rer B.
Mancavano scopa e paletta ed un mocio. C'era umidità nel wc, l'acqua era anche sul pavimento, comunque quando l'abbiamo segnalato sono venuti a pulire
