Uncomfortable and unsafe stay. I had to leave early and book another place.

The apartment smelled strongly of cigarette smoke, was very noisy at night, and did not feel safe. The front door could be opened from the outside and people were coming and going late at night. The place was not clean, there was no soap, and the owner even said he doesn’t provide any because he would have to charge more, even though the price is already very high. There were no curtains or shutters, I couldn’t leave the window open to air out the smell as there was no mosquito net and mosquitoes came in from the garden. The bed was extremely uncomfortable, and I could not sleep at all. The owner was very rude when I tried to discuss these issues

Accessible Gentilly

I spent time in both apartments. Both were good for my needs. Close to the train station on the airport line. A small supermarket next to the train station and a bakery practically across the road from the apartments. Lovely big windows with tri-fold shutters let in beautiful light from a lovely garden view. Portuguese-French bar/restaurant a couple of doors down was nice and has small bands occasionally. Coffee shop is across the road. You can walk to bigger shopping areas, just use Google maps. Did have its issues, but once worked out and worked around, it was fine.

Disapointing and deceptional ad, but responsive host

Location is alright, host was responsive and tried to clean and sort things out as fast as possible - those were probably two of the only things I can say were fine.

The ad was deceiving, and the place was in poor condition when I arrived. Deceptive aspects in the ad: It's a one-room apartment, so don't let the photos confuse you, as they are mixed with other accommodations. There is no seating area, dressing room, dining area, or dining table. There are two cabinets for hanging clothes on the wall, but there is no wardrobe or closet. The place was not clean when I arrived; the cooking items were very dirty. It lacked even basic necessities like chairs, toilet paper, and soap. It's not Soundproof as it is claimed to be. There is no sound isolation at all, as the doors don't close well, so you can hear everyone in the corridor. Some other amenities described in the ad are also missing, such as a washing machine, tumble dryer, and drying rack. There's no private entrance. I appreciate the host cleaning on the second day and bringing chairs, toilet paper, soap, and other items. However, that doesn't change the fact that I felt deceived and did not receive what I paid for. For an 8-day stay, the host didn't want to compensate, not even with a slight discount, which is why I cannot give a higher score.

İhtiyacı karşıladı ama çok düşük kalite olarak.

Isıtma sistemi eski olmasına rağmen iyi ısıtıyordu. Sıcak su yeterince sıcaktı. Yatak yeterince rahattı ve iyiydi. Basit bir kahve makinası vardı, çalışıyordu. Mutfak ocakları sorunlu olsa da iyi çalışıyordu. (düğmeler açık mı kapalı mı anlaşılması için ışığı çalışmıyordu) Penceresi demir parmaklıklıydı ve demir panjur vardı, bir tek pencere kısmı güvenliydi. Yatak, yorgan ve yastık yeterince temizdi. Giriş-çıkış aşırı kolaydı fakat bu aynı zamanda güvenlik sorunu demek. Odada fazlasıyla bol miktarda temizlik malzemesi vardı.

Banyo ve wc hijyeni yeterli değildi. Buzdolabı çok gürültülü çalışıyordu, çünki çok eskiydi, buzluk kapağı yok ve ayakları dengede değil. Güvenlik sorunu vardı, kapı kilitlenmiyordu ve ekstra bir kilit, kapı sürgüsü vs yoktu. Yani bir bayanın yada güvenlik endişesi olan birisinin bu odada kalması bence mümkün değil. Ben tek erkek olduğumdan ve güvenlikle alakalı korkum olmadığından burada kalabildim. Dış kapının camı kırıktı ve herkesin açabileceği şekildeydi. Duş tertibatı sorunluydu fakat zorla da olsa çalışıyordu. Kettle su ısıtıcı yoktu. Ocaklar çalışıyordu ancak açık olup olmadığına dair uyarı ışığı çalışmıyordu, bu da yanlışlıkla açık bırakılırsa yangın riski demektir. Banyo perdesi yetersiz ve eskiydi, dışarı su sızıyor ve dışarı sızan su birikiyor, elinizle almanız gerekiyor. Havlular yeterince temiz görünmüyordu ve eskiydi. Le studio était clairement SALE!! La porte de la rue était cassé donc accessible à tout le monde. A 23:00 sont venu me sonner! (J’ai eu la peur de ma vie!), il y avait pas un seul verre pour boire de l’eau! Ça sentait le tabac.

L’emplacement.

❌ Très mauvaise expérience ❌ L’appartement était très sale dès notre arrivée : le lit et les draps étaient tachés, les ustensiles de cuisine sales. De plus, le logement ne correspondait pas du tout aux photos ni à la description de l’annonce. L’entretien général laisse vraiment à désirer (poussière, odeurs désagréables, équipements abîmés). Pour le prix payé, la qualité est largement insuffisante. Je ne recommande absolument pas cet hébergement.

Le quartier. La proximité par rapport aux moyens de transports.

Le canapé lit, tres inconfortable, sale. Pas télévision alors qu'elle était incluse dans le contrat. Salle de bain sale ( éclaboussures d'urine sur la porte, traces de sang sur le rideaux de douche). Objets laissés par des locataires ( baguette de pain, tube de gel intime avec la vaisselle.) Tapage nocturne durant la nuit du vendredi à samedi.

Apenas da localização porque minhas atividades eram na direção do RER B. A rua é bem tranquila

Ainda na fase de pré checkin pedimos informações ao Anfitrião sobre a chegada e o mesmo de uma forma grosseira informou apenas que só no dia da chegada teríamos as informações. Ao chegarmos a acomodação Só encontramos uma toalha e um pano de banheiro. Reclamamos porém o mesmo não respondeu. Não havia internet como prometido e tínhamos trabalho on line para fazer . Reclamamos e o anfitriao respondeu que o roteador era ligado no apartamento ao lado… e nada foi feito para resolver a situação....ficamos 3 dias sem Internet. Só havia uma frigideira e nenhuma panela pequena para fazer qualquer refeição.Tinha apenas 2 garfos, 2 colheres, uma colher de café e 1 faca. Produtos de limpeza estavam no mesmo compartimento do azeite e vinagre, neste caso deixei devidamente separado na saída. O banheiro como não havia pano de chão deve se imaginar o quão foi difícil deixar o banheiro limpo não tínhamos também como limpar o quarto. Tentamos deixar tudo limpo pois somos educados e não compartilhamos grosserias e mau atendimento. A propriedade não vale a pena … no verão deve ser insuportável pois não tem ventilador.

La habitación que ellos tienen subida está a años luz de la habitación que nos dieron. Estaba MUY MUY sucia, las paredes con mucho moho, sofá totalmente asqueroso, hornillo oxidado… etc. Llamamos al dueños de los apartamentos y no nos puso una solución y nos colgó el teléfono en varias ocasiones. No nos quiso devolver el dinero. UNA VERGÜENZA.

Une très forte odeur d'égout. La douche et les WC sont dans une cave. L'évacuation de la douche est sans bonde et une très forte odeur remonte dans l'appartement et donne une impression d'insalubrité.

Ma pire expérience chez booking.com. Service client booking pas à la hauteur vu le préjudice.

Dégât des eaux dans l'appartement (Flaques d'eau, de l'eau en goutte à goutte depuis le plafond). Faute de solution de repli le premier soir, nous y sommes restés. Nous avons du trouver par nous-même une solution de repli le lendemain avec pas mal de surcouts non prévus. Le propriétaire n'a proposé qu'un dédommagement de 40% de la réservation. Fuyez cet établissement !!!

Va bene come dormitorio/loculo per una notte. Chiaro che il prezzo andrebbe adeguato (al ribasso) alla struttura e alla posizione.

Purtroppo il monolocale era molto angusto. Avrei dovuto probabilmente esaminare meglio le fotografie e le caratteristiche elencate nella descrizione (tra cui la metratura). L'unica finestra presente non era apribile, perché affacciava direttamente sulla strada nonché via di passaggio (piano terra). Non ho avuto l'impressione si trattasse di una zona sicura. Ad ogni modo, non adatta per viaggiatore singolo, specialmente se donna.

Nada. La peor experiencia que he tenido nunca. Y he reservado más de 100 hoteles con Booking

No se podía dormir. El sofá cama era muy viejo, sonaba todo el rato y se clavaba al dormir. La habitación era un bajo que daba a la calle y se escuchaban todos los ruidos. Para colmo la nevera estaba llena de agua cuando llegamos y la ducha no se podía utilizar. Hemos pasado 4 noches horribles

Recomendable para alojarse

Cerca de la estación de trenes, esta a unos 15 minutos de Paris centre, es un alojamiento muy simples y modesto con un sofá cama matrimonial, equipado para 2 personas máximo, y todo estaba limpio.
