Overall, the apartment was pretty good. And we enjoyed our stay.

It was easy to check in and to take the metro back to Paris. We enjoyed the little patio and the apartment had most of what we needed.

Could have used some coffee filters and coffee for the machine. Some of those simple little things seem to be missing.

Very nice apartment for good price, good connection to the centre.

Really nice apartment, very quiet, clean and tidy, well equipped. The little terrace in the garden is a nice bonus :-) It is really close to the RER train station and the trains are frequent even during the weekend, easy to get to the centre, the journey takes about 20min. Good supermarket close by, some smaller shops, two bakeries and a kebab bistro at the corner. Great shower with plenty of hot water. Communication was straightforward, everything worked well. Thank you!

The bed is too soft for me, but that's really just my personal opinion :-) It can be an advantage for someone else.

Great location for arriving in Paris - non-stop train from CDG and 5 minutes walk to such a spacious, well-equipped apartment. Very good communications with Laurent, the host.

A lovely 4 day break within touching distance of L'Isle de la Cite

No food, this was a self catering establishment. However there was a take away almost next door open 7/7 days a week and a supermarket and bakery only 5 or so minutes walk, the former open 7/7 days a week as well. The RER B station was a 5-10 minute walk uphill with only 7 stops to Notre Dame. The flat had good heating, a washing machine and an excellent shower with plenty hot water. There was a little west facing outside terrace.

The free parking was outside the door and available all the time but was on the street. The TV had no English/American news channel sadly.

The apartment was more than perfect for the price. It was really lovely and clean and had everything that we needed. The couch and the bed were really comfy and the surroundings were also fascinating with groceries and bakeries nearby.

The only disadvantage of the apartment was that we needed to wait til 7 am to get the keys. If you arrive early, you can’t get inside your accomodation, however you can leave your lagguage in the building which is a good point.

Highly Recommend It

Very comfortable house very well equipped. Great location not in the city centre but in a quiet area close by. Close from the metro station. Would highly recommend it! The Hosts were very nice and very easy to talk to!

Perfect spot for a romantic city break.

Apartment was clean, very comfortable and well furnished, and extremely pretty, with a lovely balcony and views into the street and courtyard. The neighbourhood was quiet and well served with a bakery and supermarket. The train station is a very short walk away - we were in Central Paris within 30 minutes, and could return to the quiet of an apartment away from the city centre at the end of the day. Perfect for our needs.

Very little not to like. Location might be a challenge for older or differently abled guests due to the stairs, but was perfect for our needs.

Rooms were spacious and incredibly clean and the design was amazing. Incredibly pleased of my stay there and would definitely come back! ☺️

Angenehmer Aufenthalt

Fußweg von ca. 4 min zum Bahnhof. Wir waren nur zum Übernachten hier und haben den Tag in Paris verbracht.

Küchenschränke müssten mal wieder durchgesehen werden (eine Tasse war gesprungen, einige Lebensmittel die Vornutzer dagelassen haben waren bereits abgelaufen)

Auch bei meinem nächsten Besuch von Paris gerne wieder!!!

Die Lage des Apartments ist ruhig und es ist auch wirklich sehr sauber. Die Einrichtung ist liebevoll ausgewählt und man hat alles was man braucht. Das Apartment hat auch einen gut sortierten Supermarkt in der Nähe und ist ebenso gut an den öffentlichen Verkehr angebunden.

Wenn das Apartment etwas früher beziehbar wäre (nicht erst 18:00) fände ich das wirklich angenehm.

Просторная , удобная по расположению квартира. Было тепло

Мы заселились в 23:00. Постельное белье было грязное, особенно простыня. Волосы повсюду , грязь Из Доп комплекта взяли другие наволочки и простыню (с желтыми старинными пятнами, но хотя бы она показалась чистой) А пододеяльник пришлось стираться и выпаривать до 2 часов ночи утюгом ! На поверхностях тоже было не чисто! Хозяин не отвечал на сообщения, утром сказал я могу придти принести новое, но мы уже натирали то.

Viaggio per Parigi con soggiorno a Arcueil

Vicinissimo alla RER-B che collega Arcueil in circa 20 min al centro di Parigi. Questo sicuramente è il punto forte. La casa era spaziosa, ben arredata, insonorizzata, dotata di tutto il necessario, compresa lavastoviglie e lavatrice. C'era anche una smart TV, insomma tutto ciò che serve e anche qualcosina di più!

È stato tutto perfetto, l'unico difetto, se così si può chiamare, è che il wc è all ingresso e non in camera, dove invece il bagno è molto più ampio con una bellissima doccia

Mijn huisje in Cachan.

Fijne locatie, alles aanwezig in het appartement wat je nodig kunt hebben. Huiselijk. Schoon. Ruim.

Toegang. Ik had in de reservering gelezen bij toegang tot de locatie die ik door iemand opgewacht zou worden. In een van de mails van booking.com stond er ook een code bij. Maar heb niet begrepen waar die voor bedoeld was. Is uiteindelijk snel opgelost maar zou in de omschrijving duidelijker kunnen.

Perfekte Unterkunft für einen Aufenthalt in Paris

Wunderbare Unterkunft im Vorort von Paris in ruhiger Lage. Sehr sauber und gut eingerichtet. Schöne Terrasse im Grünen. Sehr gute Anbindung durch die RER-Bahn Station eine Seitenstraße weiter um in die Innenstadt Richtung Notre Dame zu gelangen. Supermarkt und Bäckerei direkt um die Ecke. Parken direkt vor der Wohnung an der Straße möglich. Gute Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter. Wir würden diese Wohnung bei einem weiteren Aufenthalt in Paris wieder buchen.

Das Doppelbett hätte etwas breiter sein können. Das ist aber wirklich der einzige Kritikpunkt an dieser Wohnung.

Schönes Appartment, Fahrt in die Innenstadt gar nicht so lang

Die Wohnung ist frisch renoviert und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Alles war zu unserer Zufriedenheit, wir kommen gerne wieder. Die Fahrt in die Innenstadt ist nicht sehr lang, in 20 Minuten mittendrin. Kommunikation hat gut geklappt.
