Its good to the price and cozy for the place itself

Its perfect , the building is old there is services and restaurants around

Too far from paris and airport in rush hour specially it takes about more than 2 hours to get to airport and about more than 1 hour to go to city center

The reviews are misleading!

The kitchen and bathrooms are renovated and clean.

It smelled damp and musty. The furniture especially the cupboard and sofa were very old. The sofa was not clean and not comfortable to sleep on. The floors were super old and noisy to walk on! It might be a value for money but I wouldn't choose it in the first place if the reviews weren't misleading! Also, I found stain and hair on a towel so, I can't trust that the rest of things such as beddings were properly washed or not!

We had a little problem with the wi fi, but Hadi solved it quickly and gave us a bottle of red wine for the inconvenience :)

Adatto a massimo due persone.

L'appartamento si trova al primo piano di una palazzina d'epica. Per salire , c'è una vecchia scala in legno, un po' scricchiolante. La cucina è nuova, rifatta, con grande frigorifero, lavastoviglie, tavolino con due sgabelli. La camera da letto matrimoniale, letto alla francese, un armadio. Nel soggiorno, un letto a L e un grande televisore. Bagno con lavatrice. A disposizione anche un ferro da stiro e tanti oggetti per la casa.

Al nostro arrivo, in cucina c'era uno stendibiancheria con le lenzuola degli ospiti precedenti stesi ad asciugare, si sono asciugati dopo due giorni. Eravamo in tre (due adulti e una ragazza di 12 anni), ma in cucina c'erano solo due sgabelli, piuttosto scomodi: abbiamo dovuto mangiare a turno! Nonostante avessimo chiesto subito al proprietario un terzo sgabello, non siamo stati accontentati (siamo rimasti ospite 7 giorni). C'è una macchina per il caffè: ci avevano lasciato cialde omaggio, ma molto diverse da quelle adatte alla macchinetta. Pochi piatti, dopo ogni pranzo si deve far andare la lavastoviglie. Manca una ciottola per insalate. La padella grande era molto rovinata. Il divano è un grande divano, ma non un divano letto: mia figlia è alta e non ha dormito comodissima: un materassino sul divano. Il telecomando del televisore funzionava male. Il quartiere è sporco: al nostro arrivo (un sabato), nel marciapiede di fronte all'alloggio c'era una valigia, probabilmente rubata, aperta coi vestiti gettati per strada: è stata tolta due giorni dopo. Molti rifiuti per la strada principale. Il quartiere non ci è piaciuto, ci è sembrato molto meglio Bagneux zona capolinea metro 4, nuovo e pulito.

Menos de lo que nos ofertaron

Ubicación, a 20 min del centro en tren o en metro con paradas a 7 min andando. Supermercados y lugares para comer cercanos. Cerca del aeropuerto de Orly (17€ ida en Uber). Barrio tranquilo. El baño y la cocina correctos. Vale para una estancia corta.

Mal mantenimiento del apartamento, con elementos rotos o que no funcionan (mesa de la sala de estar, tv, armarios, cuadro de luces...). Escasa atención por parte del anfitrión ante nuestras demandas. Se nos aseguraron tres plazas pero el apartamento está pensado solo para dos personas, con un sofá para dormir la tercera persona y sin espacio para ella en la cocina, por ejemplo. Poco menaje de cocina y escaso utillaje en baños (poco papel higiénico, etc.). No preparado para estancias un poco largas (estuvimos 9 días).

Toller Preis! Gutes Apartment!

Die Unterkunft war ausreichend groß und gut ausgestattet. Es war ruhig und etwas außerhalb gelegen, aber mit den Metro-Stationen in der Nähe ist man recht schnell im Zentrum. Die Sxhlüsselübergabe war ohne Probleme. Das beste ist das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Ich glaube man findet nichts preiswerteres in Paris. Ich würde immer wieder diese Unterkunft buchen.

Negativ war, dass nicht alles so megasauber war. ( Betten und Bad/ WC waren tadellos sauber). Der Kleiderschrank war schon etwas kaputt. Der sollte mal ausgetauscht werden. Ansonsten gibt es nichts zu bemängeln.

Апартаментът е снабден с всичко най-необходимо за спокойна почивка. Двете стаите са чисти и уютни, без да се очаква в тях да има луксозни мебели (но за нашата екскурзия това не е било необходимо). Спалнята беше удобна за спокоен сън. Кухнята също е практична. Банята и тоалетната са функционални. Спазено е съотношението цена : качество. Друго важно нещо е близостта ма метростанция №4 с апартамента (на 10-12 минути пеща), както и магазините и пекарните. Като цяло впечатленията ни от 7-дневната екскурзия в Париж са много хубави. Благодарни сме на домакина Хади.

Подът в двете стаи е дървен и скърца при движение по него.

Sucio y descuidado. No es para 3 personas. Bien comunicado. Buen trato.

El trato con el anfitrión fue fácil y rápido. No está ubicado céntrico pero se llega en 30 min en RER a Notre Dame.

Estaba muy sucio, esto fue lo peor la verdad. Y le falta mantenimiento: armario roto, alfombra llena de suciedad, pintura en mal estado… Te dice que puedes dormir 3 personas pero el sofá no es sofá cama. Te toca ir a buscar las llaves a 10 min andando a un supermercado. Cada vez se trata peor al turista.

L’état de propreté du séjour et de la salle de bain . La télécommande du téléviseur HS . Je ne comprends pas qu’aujourd’hui on puisse louer un appartement dans un tel état . Le propriétaire inexistant sur le suivant du ménage .

un chollo de apartamento.

el apartamento está perfecto, en nuestro caso estuvimos 4 noches, muy acogedor con todo lo necesario, cocina nueva, un horno que no usamos y fogones de gas, perfecto para cocinar algo. tiene calefacción central, está todo el día a una temperatura perfecta, por si acaso además hay una estufa radiador portátil, plancha y secador de pelo, en el cuarto de baño hay de todo champú,gel, acondicionador de pelo, osea que no lo metais en el avión, todo limpio y en orden, cama grande de 1'50 y muy cómoda la verdad, conforme a la ubicación hay una parada de metro a 10 minutos, que te lleva a el centro en 25 minutos, osea genial, supermercados en la zona: a la salida del.metro tienes un auchan, que os recomendamos por tener buenos precios y muchos productos españoles como la fruta, ahhh y la pastelería a la altura de cualquiera delicatessen de Paris, Barrio tranquilo y sin ruidos. repetiría sin dudarlo.
