1. lack of sound insulation 2. there is no rules of residence - "quiet hours", because of this, at night, when I want to sleep, the neighbors can be heard very loudly, as if they were in my room (!!!) 3. it's cold in the toilet 4. to get to your room, you need to take off your shoes and leave them near the door to the hotel and then go through the living room, climb the stairs to your room

Safe and civilised area, close to RER for central Paris. Good value (quite cheap for longer stays). Kettle, coffee maker + coffee, free bottled water. Spacious room. Clean.

The (shared) bathroom: the toilet is in a separate room which is tight, can be very unconfortable for bigger persons. Very little sound proofing; smell from the host's cooking enters the room as well. (It's not a hotel).

Comfortable, inexpensive stay close to the centre of Paris

I arrived a lot later than expected because of problems with the train when arriving. The host didn't mind and I could easily get in and out. The host was kind and my room was decent (large bed in a private room).

Wonderful stay

They were very friendly and they didn't complain when I came in late. The bed was comfortable and the toiletries were very nice. Most places don't have soap for sensitive skin so that was an added bonus.

The only thing i didn't like was having to walk through their living room to get to the stairs. Luckily they didn't mind me coming in late.

Good location to visit Paris.

The owner let us deposit our luggage already in the morning that was really good as we didnt want to leave our belongings in our car. She was very kind. The room was very clean, bed was very comfortable and we missed nothing. Will stay here again when visiting Paris. Located close to the train station which made it easy to take the train. Restaurants also in the area.

excellent accomodation close to central Paris and with great value for money

the room was very clean and comfortable. the host was very accommodating and let me check in earlier. they also stock the rooms with plenty of water, drinks coffee and all you need for a shower. location is closed to rer B line about 25 mins away from central Paris so I would definitely recommend as it's great value for money

Séjour impeccable rien à dire tout était parfait!

Tout était parfait! Personne gentille et attentionnée qui nous as reçu comme des rois! Chambre spacieuse avec pleins d'attentions: thé,café,biscuits,boissons. Grand lit impeccable. Quelques conseils pour les transports: bus à coté. Nous reviendrons sans problème!

Très agréable

Tout était parfait. Milene est une hôte accueillante et serviable. La chambre est spacieuse et dispose de tout le nécessaire avec à disposition boissons fraîches ainsi que thé ou café. Emplacement idéal, à proximité du RER. Je reviendrai si l'occasion se présente.

Todo. El lugar es perfecto. A pasos del metro (RER). Limpio, súper cómodo. Lleno de detalles como los snacks que hacen todo súper lindo. Además los anfitriones unas personas de lujo. Recomiendo y volvería . Muchas gracias !!!

Parfait pour un séjour court

Chambre très bien située, à deux pas du RER B (station Arcueil Cachin), vraiment pas loin du centre de Paris. Intermarché et plusieurs petits snacks à coté. La hôte est adorable. Comme mentionné dans les autres commentaires - l'eau, coca et thé/café gratuits à disposition. Bouilloire et frigo dans la chambre. La chambre est bien agencée. Des prises à coté du lit. Propreté de la chambre, de la salle de bains et des toilettes.

C'est une chambre privée dans une maison , pour entrer et sortir il faut passer par le salon des propriétaires. Ceci n'est pas gênant pour un séjour d'une nuit, mais peut être gênant à la longue La hôte nous a réchauffé nos barquettes et prêté des assiettes, mais vous n'êtes quand même pas tout à fait à l'aise.

Gostei De tudo, tava tudo muito confortável e limpo, a anfitriã é um amor foi super atenciosa. Paris com certeza fez toda a diferença com a escolha da hospedagem que eu fiz, a localização é super segura e fica muito perto da estação, é bem perto dos pontos turísticos.

Agréable séjour à la maison de ***Bienvenuechezmoi***

Mon séjour était très agréable.***+ L'hébergement se situe, à proximité des transports publics,tels que la ligne rapide(RER B), et divers Bus, ce qui facilite les déplacements vers le centre de Paris. De plus,un grand supermarché se trouve à quelques pas,sans compter les boulangeries et petits commerces,rendant l'accès aux courses très pratique. J'ai été touché par les petites attentions de l'hôtesse, qui avait préparé la chambre avec soin. On dirait un hôtel***.Chaque détail était soigneusement pensé. La propreté de la chambre était irréprochable et les amenities étaient au-dessus du standard des hôtels 3***. En somme, cette expérience a été des plus positives et je recommande vivement🎉 cet hébergement.

A savoir, le WC est très minuscule. Sachant qu'on est à Paris, tout est au millimètre près !😂😂

Très bon accueil et accès pratique pour nos activités du séjour.

Hôte très sympathique, très serviable. L'emplacement à côté du RER B est idéal. La literie est très bonne. La chambre et les sanitaires sont propres.

La salle de bain et les toilettes sont partagés avec la chambre d'à côté. Nous avons eu la chance d'être seules pendant notre séjour, nous avions donc les sanitaires en privatif.

駅から歩いて５分ぐらいのところにありとても便利。部屋にはコーヒマシンが置いてあり使い放題。ティーも５種類ほど、ミネラルウォーターも10本ほど、使い捨てのカトラリーも用意されていて、至れり尽くせり。日本人にとっては風呂があるのは有り難い。朝６時のチェックアウトも起きて待っていてくれたので、まったく問題なかった。
