Elevator broke on the second day. But this not a property owner direct related problem.

Good value for money; but be ready to deal with headaches noted;
+ kitchen was excellent - saved money on eating out!; note grocery store was about 14 minute walk + Owner is kind and sweet; speaks only french
- Air conditioner was dripping water on to the sofa-bed all night .. really annoying. - slept 4 people as needed, but its just fold out couches.. if Ac wasn't dripping water, it would be ok. - this is not a hotel, so there is no daily cleaning or making of beds - 14 minute walk from Gentilly RER train station, so be sure you can haul your luggage back and forth - Expect to pay 70 euro to airport; 2 uber confirmed drivers were no show as this location is not in a busy area so drivers bail out
