Family city break to Paris

Very nice and cosy apartment. Spacious kitchen and well equipped. Location is really good too, only one minute walk to T9 tram line leading you to metro station, from where you can get pretty much everywhere in Paris Private parking lot outside in the locked car park Fantastic contact with lady owner, who speaks very good english I definitely recommend and would come back with pleasure

Beware of the apartment location showed on google maps at booking com. It tends to show wrong place. Same with your satnav. Just make sure you know where you are going. The appartment address is next to Mairie de Vitry-sur-Seine

Séjour très confortable, hôte réactive et appartement au top.

Nous avons passé 3 nuits en décembre, malgré un petit souci avec le logement prévu au départ, tout s’est finalement très bien terminé. La propriétaire a été réactive et nous a relogés dans un autre appartement encore mieux que celui initialement réservé, ce que nous avons vraiment apprécié. Le nouvel appartement était impeccable : très propre, lumineux, bien chauffé pour la saison, avec une literie de qualité qui nous a permis de vraiment bien nous reposer. Les équipements sont complets et fonctionnels (même s’il y avait un souci avec la télé pendant notre séjour). Le quartier est calme et agréable, avec une supérette à proximité très pratique.

Côté transports, il faut prévoir quelques minutes de marche pour rejoindre le tram ou le RER, même s’il y a un arrêt de bus juste en face. Ce n’est pas idéal si on cherche un accès immédiat au centre mais ça reste raisonnable.

Simple pero cómodo

Los lençóis de la cama y almohadas tienen un mal olor a usado, debe ser lavado. Un gran detalle es que la dirección que aparece en la aplicación al hacer la reserva del alquiler no es la misma dirección del alquiler, la dirección exacta solo te la facilitan el día y hora que te entras a dicho alquiler, no lo vi correcto porque en mi caso llegué mucho antes para conocer la zona y al final la dirección que me enviaron después era para otro lugar

Propriétaire injoignable, explications lamentables

L’entrée dans l’appartement est digne d’un escape game, le propriétaire m’a envoyé 1 seule photo d’un porte vélo à trouver au milieu de plusieurs immeubles. L’adresse où il m’a dit de me rendre ne correspondait pas à l’adresse du site. Bref 1 h de recherche avec ma fille en béquilles sous des trombes d’eau et le propriétaire injoignable. Il n’a jamais répondu à aucun de mes messages avant notre arrivée, il a envoyé des explications pour entrer très approximative et n’a pas répondu à tous mes appels quand j’ai cru que je devais aller dormir à l’hôtel

pied à terre pas loin de paris intéressant si on vient en voiture

appartement mignon équipement sobre tout confort cuisine dressing salle de douche chauffage efficace en cette période d'automne avec place de parking privé dans espace sécurisé très apprécié en région parisienne le tout pour un tarif intéressant . Quelques imperfections peu importantes mais à améliorer : éclairage un peu faible , ampoule dans l'entrée grillée problème de connexion aux chaines de télé via la box ..

Les photos ne sont pas la même que la réalité, les meubles sont abîmés, le système de remise des clés n’est pas pratique, la machine était rempli de linge.

Decepcionante la experiencia

Decepcionante experiencia en este apartamento. Lamentablemente, mi estancia en este apartamento no fue lo que esperaba. Para empezar, El acceso a las llaves fue complicado, lo cual hizo que nuestro check-in fuera una experiencia frustrante para poder acceder a las llaves , muy confuso todo , al principio me mandaron una dirección y luego otra, y era en el mismo sitio, el sofácama estaba roto, cuando quisimos yo y mi pareja sacarlo para ver una película en el salón vimos que estaba destrozado, sus colchones malísimos, finísimos, . Además, los enchufes de todo el apartamento estaban salidos de la pared, lo que generó inseguridad durante nuestra estancia., la luz de la cocina no funcionaba , teníamos que estar por la noche con linterna del móvil , mucho polvo debajo y alrededor de la cama de la habitación. Se dedica a alquilar y lo primero que debería de hacer es arreglar los desperfectos que tiene el apartamento. No volvería a alquilar este lugar y recomiendo que se revisen estos aspectos antes de reservar. -

Dopravní dostupnost

Obrovský problém s příchodem, nefungoval klíč od brány k apartmánu…. Kód byl nesprávný, jen protože se kolem pohybovala paní z baráku se nám kolem půlnoci povedlo ubytovat se. V noci jsme nemohli ubytujíci sehnat. Kontaktovat se nám ji nepovedlo ani po zbytek pobytu….
