Proximidade ao metro, apesar de que é necessário subir uma rua muito inclinada! Proximidade a supermercados e pastelarias
Falta de cuidado com a limpeza. Haviam algumas teias de aranha e uma aranha bem visível. Além disso, a falta de isolamento faz com que se ouça todo e qualquer barulho da rua e dos próprios vizinhos. Deixaram um frasco de café vazio e sujo! Seria preferível não deixarem

L’appartement très propre et facilement accessible depuis la garre
L’ hôte n était pas du tout réactif , le num n était pas attribué et j ai du attendre 40 min afin d avoir le code d accès .
