It was a wonderful stay!

It was a quaint little house. Kitchen was well stocked. Beds were comfortable.

Access to different parts of the property was a little challenging as you had to climb up and down the different rooms. Especially for travellers traveling from other countries there should be provisions for multi-plug adaptors to fit into french electrical sockets. The location was quite a walk to the train station up the hill.

A little bit disappointing.

The apartment was close enough to the metro station to walk.

The apartment is cluttered with all sorts of things and not really leaving space for luggage or anywhere to hang anything up. Very dusty and not well looked after. It is awkward to get in to the apartment late at night because the first door does not have a light so you can't see what you are doing to lock it. We had a big problem when we arrived because the Google Map link takes you to the wrong address.

Clean, good location for Stade Charléty

Close to the stade where we were attending an event. Owner was very helpful with suggestions for eating and the local area.

No towels, but offered to rent the day before we arrived at €8 each. There was not even a hand towel to dry hands in the bathroom. This was VERY inconvenient as it was terribly hot and we needed a shower at the end of the day and the morning. We have not come across this situation at any other French accommodation on our holiday.

Very enjoyable stay

The host Antoine was so helpful sending us messages before we arrived and then being there to greet us and give us his recommendations for eating out ( they were great recommendations 😍) we had the front ground floor of the house and it was perfect for our needs with a kitchen with all utensils, shower and 2 bedrooms and a sitting room area with an extra bed made up- Antoine explained the metro to us and we used line 14 * turn right outside the house* and it worked out perfect for us - Paris was lovely and we were delighted we stayed here - it is slightly outside the city but with the metro that didn't matter.

It would be sufficient for short stays of 1 week with a friend you share a room with.

The host is extremely informative, respectful and friendly, with a hotline you can make contact with. A well equipped kitchen and 5 refrigerators for some reason (only 1 is operational) Really close big supermarket. 15 minutes to the closest train station that connects to airport express railway.

2 small single beds and 1 small shower and 1 small toilet. The 15 minutes of walk to train station includes a short up hill which is hard to reach with large luggage.

Clusters, smelly, wifi didn’t work. We contact to owner. He tried to fix still didn’t work & he told us, “ I have 6 other apartment, I can’t respond to you everyday “. Very rude owner. We are very clean and we don’t party. Check in & check out is hassle.

Perfect for short stays and easily accessible from RER B

A basement apartment in a very quiet area that stayed fairly cool during a very hot weekend in Paris. Great place to stay for up to 4 people but possibly not suitable for very small children due to access via steps. It was perfect for us with 2 teenagers. Lovely patio out the back for outdoor meals. Fully equipped kitchen including washer dryer and iron. Proprietor was extremely helpful with finding us places to eat in the area and in the city itself. Nice big supermarket about 300m away. Would definitely recommend for short stays.

Très décevant

Je n’ai malheureusement pas eu l’occasion de passer mon séjour dans ce logement.

J’ai été premièrement étonnée par les tarifs des « arrivées tardives » transmis par le propriétaire après la réservation. Ceci étant, après une conversation avec le propriétaire celui-ci s’est montré honnête en me garantissant pouvoir déroger à ce supplément. Malheureusement, la veille du séjour je reçois un message sur WhatsApp pour me prévenir que le logement initialement réservé ne serait pas disponible pour cause de travaux. Visiblement méthode déjà pratiquée auparavant avec d’autres locataires. Le propriétaire me propose un « surclassement » dans un de ses autres logements. Celui-ci ne convient pas à mes attentes. Je contacte alors Booking qui à son tour contacte ce propriétaire qui fini par annuler ma réservation le jour même de mon arrivée, me laissant dans une situation plus qu’inconfortable, ne restant plus que des logements à minimum 300€/nuit. Pour ces raisons, je suis évidemment plus qu’insatisfaite de cette réservation. De plus, pas la moindre excuse du propriétaire.

Calme et très agréable malgès le désagrément d'une sur-réservation par Booking !

L'accueil d'Antoine qui prend à cœurs les maisons / appartements qu'il gère et décore avec soin, son accueil bienveillant et ses conseils. Le temps qu'il prend pour rencontrer les gens qu'il héberge. Une maison charmante, très calme, en région parisienne c'est inespéré !

La sur-réservation faite par le site Booking.com (pas par Antoine, le propriétaire) et du coup l'annonce la veille de notre départ, que l'hébergement choisi à l'origine n'était plus libre. Heureusement Antoine avait d'autres logements de qualité équivalente à nous proposer. Merci à Booking d'être rigoureux car cela nous a obligé à loger à 35 mn à pied (contre 9 mn originellement) de notre lieu de réunion pendant tout notre séjour (3 jours). Conséquence, prise de tram, ticket à payer, réorganiser notre planning, un stress la veille d'une réunion très importante pour nous. Ce n'est pas très professionnel de la part du site qui héberge les annonces.

Déçue par des photos trompeuses

Bon emplacement. À 5 minutes de la station hôpital Bicêtre où passe la 14. Petit parc et supérette juste à côté. Cuisine équipée.

Certaines photos de l'annonce ne correspondent pas au gîte. C'est trompeur. Maison plus petite qu'un appartement. La décoration trop omniprésent et ancienne. On avait dû mal à respirer dans la nuit et les sinus bouchés au réveil. On ne sait pas si c'est à cause de la poussière ou de l'humidité ou des 2. Literie pas très confortable. Jamais vu une Salle de bain si petite.

Très calme, bien équipé et bien placé

C'est petit mais fonctionnel, confortable, très bien équipé, juste à côté du métro et dans une rue très calme, les chambres sont particulièrement calmes, on y dort très bien même quand on a un sommeil léger, le propriétaire est très arrangeant.

El departamento está en una casa de un barrio residencial a 200 MT de una estación de subte desde la cual se puede ir a todos lados. De noche, la zona es solitaria, pero en absoluto se percibe inseguridad. Si alguien presenta movilidad reducida se informa que la propiedad se encuentra en una calle en pendiente. El departamento tiene 2 dormitorios, un living con sofá cama y una cocina pequeña con electrodomésticos que funcionaban perfectamente y estaba totalmente equipada. A 100 mts hay un supermercado completo y a 200 mts un local de cadena de comida. El anfitrión, Antoine, es excepcional en cuanto a atención y predisposición. La observación que hice es que esta sobrecargado de elementos de decoración, que reducen el espacio útil. Antoine en su gran predisposición, agradeció la observación y manifestó que haría las modificaciones de inmediato.

Очень уютное место, интересно декорировано, много старинных вещей, за окнами рождественские инсталляции. Домашняя атмосфера. Хозяин был очень любезен, всегда на связи. Нам нужно было найти в Париже одну вещь, помог найти. Близко магазин, остановка автобуса, метро.

Terribile......

La pulizia.

Presa addirittura con upgrade. La stanza era in un seminterrato, la porta del bagno era praticamente una persiana scorrevole che chiudeva, pure male, un bagno minuscolo. Abbiamo dormito vestiti per il freddo e umidità che c'era. E abbiamo dovuto accendere una stufetta tutta la notte. Avevamo prenotato 3 notti ma è stata abbastanza una. Personale assolutamente poco disponibile.
