About this house rental
We live in a very quiet little street (you will be woken up by the birds at daybreak). In this area, you will find shops to do your shopping (bakeries, cheesemongers, butchers, caterers, grocery stores, ...) and many cafes and restaurants. You can also enjoy pleasant terraces to have a drink or enjoy the local cuisine.
Several bus (58), metro (L13 and L4) and tram (T3) stations allow you to quickly get to the heart of the capital (Eiffel Tower, Champs Elysées, Latin Quarter, Montmartre, Marais, ...) and visit the museums, stroll through the pretty streets and gardens of the capital or go shopping.
On the first floor, a large living space of 50 m2 includes a living room, a dining room and a fully equipped kitchen. On the courtyard side, two small terraces to enjoy the calm: one ideal for a drink, a coffee, an aperitif or a quiet book, the other ideal for having meals with family or friends.
The first floor also includes a toilet with a washbasin.
Upstairs, four bedrooms: a master bedroom (bed 160 x 200) with an en-suite shower room and an office; and three other bedrooms with office (bedroom 2: 1 double bed 120 x 190, bedroom 3: 1 bed 100 x 190 with the possibility of adding a single mattress 90 x 190 and bedroom 4: 1 bed 140 x 190) and another independent shower room and a separate toilet.
We live in a district that was 100 years ago that of the painters of the XIVth arrondissement of Paris. Nearby, the former studios of Brancusi, Giacometti, ... the houses of Agnès Varda and Balzac.
It is a popular district where life is good, with many dead ends and streets to discover, home to pretty townhouses. We have lived there for 20 years!
We are 50 m from Rue Didot, a very commercial street. You can enjoy yourself in many restaurants or shop at caterers, cheesemongers, local producers. . But also discover the town hall district with the rue Daguerre, a pedestrian street where you can find food shops and nice restaurants, visit the Catacombs in Denfert Rochereau, the Cartier foundation boulevard Raspail etc ...
And thanks to the many buses, metros and trams, or bicycles, you can easily visit all the beautiful districts of the Capital.
A relaxing break in the 14th arrondissement of Paris to fully enjoy the capital!
