On the 1st floor of a small building of 3 floors, 100m from the metro station line 13 - Plaisance. RER to Charles de Gaulle airport or the Stade de France 10 minutes away. Hospital 200 m away. Close to shopping streets with supermarkets, banks, post office etc. Very lively area (theaters, cinemas, public swimming pool, restaurants). Fully equipped American kitchen, living room, 2 bedrooms with double beds, sofa in the living room, bathroom/WC. Shutters on the windows in all rooms.

The house seems small but the five of us (3 adults and 2 children) were confortable during our stay in Vania's place. She's very kind and helpful and the house is well located, with metro station, supermarkets, coffee shops and kids' playground just around the corner.

My daughter and I were very satisfied with the apartment. It was clean and well-equipped. Also, Michel looked after us very well, even to the point of finding me a Doctor to prescribe me some medication which I had left behind in the UK. The apartment is well located and is a short walk from the Metro. The only thing I didn't like was that the front main entrance had a cracked window. Yes we were very comfortable and hope to return to the flat next time we visit Paris. Thank you.
