A localização e o espaço são ótimos, serviu perfeitamente para nossa família de 4 pessoas, perto da estação de metrô, bem localizado, o preço bom, 30min do centro pelo metrô, era tudo o que precisávamos! Só tivemos uma pequena dificuldade na entrada, mas o anfitrião respondeu rapidamente as mensagens e foi possível resolver! Também tem a caução de 250€ que foi devolvida rapidamente após nossa estadia!

Le gérant est vraiment très aimable, et le logement est complètement agréable et magnifique. Tout y est et on s'y sent à l'aise. tout est proximité et il est surtout très très paisible. Je vous le recommande vivement.

Juste le prélèvement d'une caution, mais cela ne doit surtout pas vous freiner.

Appartement idéal pour visiter Paris en étant au calme la nuit !

Les indications pour parvenir à l'appartement étaient très claires, la communication fiable et réactive. L'appartement est idéalement placé à côté du terminus de la ligne 7 du métro. Le quartier semble calme, nous sommes rentrés quelques fois tard et nous n'avons pas eu peur. L'appartement donne sur la cour entre deux immeubles et pas sur le boulevard, il est donc très calme et nous avons dormi les fenêtres ouvertes. Le lit de la chambre est très confortable, le canapé convertible un peu moins ! Le logement est bien équipé, la machine à laver est appréciable. Le stationnement en parking sous terrain est vraiment un plus !

Appartement très facile d'accès à proximité du métro avec un parking sécurisé. Très bon contact avec le propriétaire. La cuisine est équipée simplement mais reste fonctionnelle. Le voisinage est très calme.

Les rideaux aux fenêtres sont peu occultants.

Não aconselho, péssimo apartamento.

Péssima experiência. A casa não está tão limpa. A loiça toda suja. Os canos entupidos, que nem deixam tomar banho sem ter que esperar 10 min para que a água desça para poder abrir novamente a torneira. Na cozinha pior ainda, nem um prato dá para lavar, por isso é impossível usar a cozinha. Éramos 4 hóspedes, dois dormiram na sala, não deixaram nem lençóis, apenas uma capa de edredon, nem fronhas deixaram. Encontramos uma toalha sujo no meio das toalhas lavadas. Foi me enviada uma mensagem às 22h do dia antes de eu sair para deixar as chaves na caixa do correio. Não vi a mensagem pois estava sem dados móveis e deixei a chave dentro do apartamento, porque como em qualquer lugar o proprietário tem mais chaves do apartamento. No final cobraram me 50€ porque não tem uma chave sobresselente, e como o proprietário mora longe tive que pagar a deslocação dele, para abrir a porta a senhora da limpeza. Ridículo, querem cobrar por condições que nem eles dão as inclinos, Péssima experiência, não aconselho. Ainda recebi mensagens do proprietário inapropriadas.

Отличное месторасположение. От аэропорта Орли можно добраться за 2,5 евро на трамвае. Рядом метро. Приятные вкусности для детей при заезде. Удобная кровать и диван. В апартаментах есть все расходники. Уютный балкончик с видом на тихий дворик. В пешей доступности магазин Lidl. Приличный дом с приличными соседями. Хорошие сковородки. Отличный интернет. Хорошие шторы. Не смотря на большие окна в пол в квартире было тепло.

Подушки для 3,4 гостей следует обновить. Не работал чайник. Следует помыть стекла душевой кабины.

Prima voor een paar dagen Parijs.

Prima appartement voor een paar dagen Parijs. Eigen parkeerplaats, metro op 4 minuten lopen, prima bed, goede wifi, nette badkamer. Schoonmaakster kon niet terecht op afgesproken tijd maar kwam alsnog om 21.00 uur!

Bij aankomst wat verwarring over de sleutel die niet op de plek lag waar die zou moeten zijn.. bleek dat onze voorgangers de sleutels nog hadden en hun spullen nog moesten pakken terwijl wij om 15.00 uur aankwamen en je voor 11 uur het appartement moet verlaten.
