Bien en globalité mais petits problèmes avec les escaliers et la douche.

Bien équipé (four, micro-onde, plaque à induction, tele, clim/chauffage…). Très bien emplacé (RER B, bus, Intermarché Super, boulangerie…). Environnement propre.

Escaliers qui fait peur (craque énormément et bouge à chaque marche). Douche un peu étroite à cause de la porte et il y a de la moisissure un peu de partout (qui entraîne de mauvaises odeurs). Canapé extrêmement mou, peu comfortable.

Escalier abrupt pour deux personnes de plus de 60 ans. Sinon, tout les reste était correct

Les travaux qui ont été réalisés sont très mal finis L électricité laissé un peu à désirer au niveau des finitions La salle de bain pour ma part serait à refaire en majeure partie L' allée pourrait être aménagée différemment Et le bazar extérieur rangé car ça donne une mauvaise image

La struttura e' piuttosto scarsa da risistemare, soprattutto la scala a chicciola in legno che sembrava da film dell orrore per i rumoracci e l instabilità, riassettata alla meglio con ferretti e bulloneria. Il bagno con la muffa. Le piastrelle non sono mai state pulite. È da risistemare anche le pareti con il bianco. Senza luci, o luci che si accendono e spengono. Il divano faceva schifo a vedersi tutto macchiato. Sicuramente è ottima la posizione e se fosse tenuta bene potrebbe essere molto graziosa anche la casa; ma il solo bel voto va alla posizione vicino a molto mezzi di trasporto che velocemente e senza difficoltà ti portano in centro. La casa da dimenticare.

Amplo, tranquilo e perto de Paris

Bem localizado, fora de Paris, mas em 20min se está na Notre-Dame. Comércio nas proximidades. Lugar seguro e tranquilo. O banheiro poderia passar por melhoras, mas nada que atrapalhe a estadia.

Bardzo dobra lokalizacja - dobre na krótki city break w Paryżu

Znakomita lokalizacja - apartament znajduje się ok. 2 min spacerem od stacji kolejowej. Okolica jest bezpieczna. Wracając po zmroku czuliśmy się bezpiecznie. Cena zdecydowanie atrakcyjna! Kuchnia po remoncie.

Łazienka była w dość starym stylu i przydałby się tam remont. Schody na antresolę były chwiejne.

Dreckig und heruntergekommen

Das einzig gute an der Unterkunft ist die Lage direkt an der RER Haltestelle. Die Unterkunft selbst ist sehr runtergekommen, kalt und vor allem dreckig. Alles riecht nach dem schimmligen Bad, das sich nicht ordentlich lüften lässt. Im Bad klebte einfach ein altes Pflaster (siehe Foto). Die Wände und die Matratze sind fleckig. Haben und nur zum Schlafen in der Wohnung aufgehalten. Das Bett ist sehr schmal für 2 Personen, aber in Ordnung.
