Spacious, spotless, and perfect location

A spacious and comfortable two-story house in the perfect location—right on the way from the beach to the mountains. Spotlessly clean, with a fully equipped kitchen, air-conditioned rooms, and a view of the lake’s edge. An excellent choice for the night before or after a flight, as well as for visiting the lake. Highly recommended!

Beautifully kept house on a river leading to Lake Skadar

The owner was very helpful, spoke good English, cared that we enjoyed our overnight stay. He also organises boat trips to Lake Skadar, but we didn't join him as had already booked elsewhere. About 15 minutes drive from Podgorica airport. The house was beautifully clean. 3 double bedrooms with air-conditioning, huge modern bathroom upstairs and small toilet downstairs. Fully fitted kitchen and comfortable living room. Lovely terrace overlooking the stream and water lilies. Parking opposite the property.

We were very happy with everything, nothing bad to say at all!

Nice, clean, comfortable, modern accommodation near Lake Skadar. It is equipped with everything you may need to prepare food. Parking in front of the house. Pleasant and helpful owners. Possibility of a boat trip with the owners.

The accommodation is located a few kilometers from shopping opportunities. It is necessary to think about this in advance. There are a few good restaurants nearby, but you need a car.

The location of the house is perfect for Skadar lake exploration or Pogdorica. The house is very comfortable and spacious. It is very luxurious like its name :)

Roomy with great views of the Skadar Lake Basin.

A great location for exploring the Skadar Lake and Podgorica region and a very comfortable, spacious and well-equipped apartment. There are three separate bedrooms, so it's big enough for a large family or group of friends, and also very nice outdoor areas. The kitchen is large and and bright, with a big refrigerator and all the pots, pans and utensils you might need to cook. Comfy leather couches in the living room are very inviting, and there is great on-site parking, which is not the case everywhere in Montenegro. I would stay there again in a heartbeat!

Beautiful area of Skadar Lake, the house is located perfectly with a good access, the host was very nice and helpful. We had a wonderful time there.

Great stop to visit Skadar lake

The property is very spacious with comfortable rooms, strong AC, and nicely remodelled facilities. It is located right next to Skadar lake which is a National park. The owner of the property works for the company that operates the boats and can help arrange trips if you’d like. We found him very kind and helpful, flexible about our check in and check out.

Nice spacy half-house, pleasant interior, clean, hospitable owner. Close to the Skadar lake entry, easy to get with a car. Good to stay with children (we did). I recommend this place, very good for its price.

Luxusvilla mit bester Ausstattung

Riesiges Haus, super Ausstattung, besser geht es nicht. Komfortable Betten, schalldichte Fenster. Sehr netter Besitzer, der auch Bootstouren auf dem Skadar See anbietet.

Die Lage in der Nähe der Hauptstraße und der Bahnlinie ist zwar super, um mit dem Auto die Umgebung zu erkunden, doch der Ausblick könnte schöner sein.

Komfortowo, czysto, super lokalizacja

Komfortowo, czysto, przestronnie. Klimatyzacja we wszystkich pokojach, pralka, zmywarka. W okolicy możliwość spacerów w naturze. Świetna lokalizacja!

Piesek sąsiadów zamknięty całymi dniami w kojcu z budą, na gorącym betonie. Byliśmy 3 dni, suszka cały czas zamknięta, załatwia się też nabeton w kojcu. Jako turystka niewiele mogę zrobić. Mam nadzieję, że Ivan zatroszczy się o polepszenie życia tego biednego pieska. Bo raczej żaden z turystów kochających Zwierzęta nie będzie się dobrze czuł w tym domu, mając z okna widok na tą biedną szczę. Suczka wydaje się przyjazna, nie szczęka na obcych, patrzy z zainteresowaniem (lub nadzieję) i merda ogonkiem.
