Excellent location right near the lake. There was a lift to the third floor so only a few stairs to the apartment.
Lovely property with lots of original features and decor.
The area around the property was busy but things went quiet from 11pm and it was peaceful even with the windows open. It is also a very safe location.
There was a washing machine, and a powerful air con unit in the main room.
Not really a negative - it’s very typical of many Italian properties in that it is very easy to overload the power and trip the fuse. Also the water is from a heater rather than a boiler so last person showering might get cool water. It just takes a little bit of planning and all works well. It’s all part of the character of the place so don’t let it put you off, I loved staying in this apartment and it was great value for money.

We had booked a taxi to take us direct to property during hottest part of day and were asked to collect keys and then told to walk to property despite our driver being willing to drop us there. Whilst I can understand this due to the pedestrianised area, the directions given were not accurate.

Location was outstanding, lots of room and although the decor is dated, the siza and amenities make up for it. Even a lift!
