I'm sorry but I'm disappointed

Good location,clean,lift to the 2nd floor

Unfortunately,I would not recommend this flat in winter,the flat is high and very cold, Plus it was very strange…the heating is blocked, you can't turn it on and off heating whenever you want! Online temperature is set by the owner,it shouldn't be like this you pay for stay. I'm still shocked that the heating was blocked!(I'm attaching a photo, this temperature is too low(21)for such a high flat )There were only 2 coffee capsules for 3 days,no shower gel.The hair dryer is suitable for the trash, it doesn't dry it,just burns the hair

We absolutely enjoyed our stay in Ferdi’s house. The host Constace was really nice and helpful, she answered all our questions and gave us great recommendations. The apartment is in a perfect location, close to everything and did also feel very clean.

Lovely, peaceful and clean.

It was a lovely, quiet location not too far from the town. It was clean and comfortable and we could check in early. There were a few information leaflets to help us around the town including local transport and restaurants. The host was lovely and communicative and had clear instructions for check in.

There could have been a spare toilet roll and the fan was working but didn’t kept the flat very cool.

Location perfetta per un soggiorno a riva del Garda!

Ferdi’s house è un bellissimo appartamento nel centro di riva del Garda, posizione perfetta perché vicino a tutto e in una via laterale quindi molto silenziosa. L’appartamento è ben tenuto, con l’essenziale, un letto molto comodo e un bagno ampio. Riscaldamento super! Perché la casa era molto calda e accogliente ma senza esagerare. La host molto gentile e disponibile anche nel consigliarci luoghi dove andare a mangiare. La casa era pulita e pronta prima dell’orario del check-in.

Dovrebbero esserci forse anche dei cuscini un po’ più alti/duri e migliorerei le federe o comunque metterei un copri cuscino + federa anche per una questione igienica. C’era un lucernario essendo all’ultimo piano ma non abbiamo avuto modo di tirare la tendina quindi nonostante fossero giornate un po’ nuvolose alla mattina entrava molta luce.

Die Unterkunft liegt genau im Zentrum, ist super sauber, schön eingerichtet und groß. Wir haben uns hier direkt wohl gefühlt und würden es immer wieder buchen.

Splendida struttura

L'appartamento è ampio, pulito e accogliente. La posizione è strategica, a pochi passi dal lago e dai vari ristoranti e locali. Il letto matrimoniale è abbastanza comodo, il divano letto un po' meno ma per una notte può andare bene. La proprietaria è gentilissima e disponibile, ha seguito la nostra permanenza dall'inizio alla fine con grande dedizione e gentilezza, ha pure messo una bottiglia d'acqua in frigo cosicché potessimo trovarla fresca al nostro arrivo; è stata anche così gentile da fornirci tutti i dettagli per i vari spostamenti e ha attivato per noi una carta con la quale non avremmo pagato i trasporti. Consiglio assolutamente a tutti.

Per migliorare l'accoglienza consiglierei un mini kit ospiti con bagnoschiuma, shampoo e ciabattine monouso.

Świetne miejsce w centrum Riva

Apartament jest bardzo wygodny, komfortowy i świetnie zlokalizowany w samym centrum Riva. Blisko stąd do restauracji, jeziora, promenady. Wokół znajdziesz wiele ciekawych restauracji, sklepów, pięknych skwerków i lodziarni z pysznymi lodami. Kontakt z Constance jest bardzo miły i zawsze mogliśmy liczyć na jej podpowiedź w każdym temacie. Serdecznie polecam!
