Lake Attic in Villa Lina

Die Lage ist traumhaft. Wunderschöner Blick auf die Berge und über die Altstadt bis zum See. In 5 Minuten ist man (durch einen Fußgängertunnel) mitten im Zentrum von Riva. Obwohl die Wohnung unterm Dach liegt ist es mit der Klimaanlage nicht zu heiß geworden.

Die Dusche ist etwas klein (aber in einem Altbau ist das halt so, damit kommt man schon zurecht)

Super lokalizacja z widokiem na panoramę miasta i jezioro. Bardzo czysty apartament. Klimatyczny budynek pasujący do klimatu miasta. Niesamowita wieża - tego nie ma w każdym apartamencie.

Mogłaby być druga jednostka klimatyzatora w sypialni.

Beautiful villa with a great view. Only 2 min to old town and all important restaurants. A small elevator was also nice to have

Maybe you should replace the tv with a modern one.

The location was great. The owner was quick to respond and very polite. The view from the windows was amazing. Very close to all facilities. We appreciated the welcome bottle of wine. Free parking right in front of the house.

When we arrived, there was a very strong smell of cat urine. It might have been a wet dog smell, because by the next morning it was tolerable, and by the evening it was gone. We didn’t like that for a 3-day stay there was only one roll of toilet paper and three coffee pods provided. There were hairs in the shower cabin, and the water pressure was very weak. When someone takes a shower, it is very noisy due to loud water pipes, making it difficult to sleep, especially since the bedroom is next to the bathroom. The apartment feels a bit tired, especially the bathroom
