We are not very demanding guests, but basic cleanliness and comfort are important to us, and unfortunately we didn’t fee

The location was great. The owner was quick to respond and very polite. The view from the windows was amazing. Very close to all facilities. We appreciated the welcome bottle of wine. Free parking right in front of the house.

When we arrived, there was a very strong smell of cat urine. It might have been a wet dog smell, because by the next morning it was tolerable, and by the evening it was gone. We didn’t like that for a 3-day stay there was only one roll of toilet paper and three coffee pods provided. There were hairs in the shower cabin, and the water pressure was very weak. When someone takes a shower, it is very noisy due to loud water pipes, making it difficult to sleep, especially since the bedroom is next to the bathroom. The apartment feels a bit tired, especially the bathroom

Ideal for longer visits with a dog, and we truly appreciated that no extra pet fee was charged.

The location was fantastic — with beautiful views of both the old town and Lake Garda. It was super convenient to get around, with restaurants and shops just a 10-minute walk away. We especially loved that the kitchen was so well-equipped and stylish. Even a starter pack for the coffee machine was thoughtfully provided by the hosts — a lovely touch that covered our first needs.

Honestly, there were no real downsides. If I had to nitpick, we could hear a bit of traffic noise from the street below when the windows were open early in the morning — but it was really just about time to wake up anyway. And the beautiful city view more than made up for it.

For anyone who is searching for accommodation in Riva del Garda this is the place to go for. It is first-class. You are on the doorstep of what Riva has to offer in terms of bars, restaurants and anything in-between. If you are taking part in the Lake Garda Marathon or Half-Marathon, this is a fantastic location for you. This is one of the best places I’ve ever stayed in and I’m grateful to Marco for looking after myself and my girlfriend. Thank you, Marco.

Fabulous Location, Free Parking and Great Views.

Fantastic Location with lovely views of the town and lake. Great communication with host with Easy Check In/Check Out. Free Parking On Site which was wonderful. Highly recommended. Apartment had everything we needed. Just 10 min walk to restaurants/lake.

We really enjoyed our stay and were impressed with Marco's desire to make our stay enjoyable.

Communications with our host Marco were very good with really prompt responses - he went out of his way to assist with everything he could and answer any questions we had. The bed in the bedroom and the sofa bed were very comfortable. The brand new kitchen was fabulous. The view from the apartment is spectacular. Having a parking space at the property was a huge bonus. The washing machine was very useful for taking care of the sailing kit.

There is an air-conditioning unit in the lounge/kitchen area but not in the bedroom. In order to get down to a comfortable enough temperature in the bedroom during the night, we had to have really low temperature in the lounge (requiring quilts and blankets). It is worth saying that we visited during a heatwave. The bathroom could really do with refurbishment.

Un punto ideale per visitare Riva e l'Alto Garda in tutte le stagioni

Accogliente mansarda panoramica di una grande villa liberty da cui si gode una splendida vista di Riva del Garda e della piana di Arco. Pulizia e ogni comfort nell'appartamento e la notevole comodità del parcheggio garantito. Il soggiorno in questa struttura ci ha consentito anche l'utilizzo della Garda Guest Card, un benefit turistico in più, molto apprezzato per le opportunità consentite.

È stata un'esperienza bellissima.

Quello che mi è piaciuto di più era la vista. L'appartamento si trova al secondo piano di un piccolo condominio e affaccia il lago e la città. Durante la notte il panorama è bellissimo. Si trova molto vicino al centro storico e all'ascensore panoramico che porta al Bastione del Riva (consiglio andare, soprattutto alla sera). I proprietari sono molto gentili. Non abbiamo avuto nessun problema.

War alles ganz passabel, kann mich aber der hervorragenden Bewertungen nicht anschließen.

Die Aussicht war toll. Die Klimaanlage war super und im Sommer sicher äußerts nötig. Die Flasche Sekt zur Begrüßung fanden wir sehr nett. Die Beschreibung wo was liegt oder wie man es erreicht war super. Sehr zentrale Lage.

Die Anlage rund ums Haus lässt einen Müllwagen nicht durch. Deshalb Müll mitnehmen und an öffentlich vorgesehenen Abladeplätze mit Magnetkarte entsorgen. Das Badezimmer war sehr enttäuschend. Der Duschkopf war mit Tesa geklebt weil die Verschraubung zum Schlauch defekt wr. Also auf ins Supermarkt, Garn kaufen und Duschkopf an der Duschhalterung befestigen. Links unten war die Duschkabine am Silikon schimmlig und zwischen den Duschwänden war es nicht gereinigt. Der Klodeckel rutschte weil es nicht fest war und das Bidet daneben war an den Löcher wo das Wasser raus kam schwarz dreckig. Das der Lack an der Heizung absplitterte und die Heizung etwas rostig war ist auch schon egal. Der Geschirrspüler war zwar mit sauberen Geschirr voll aber eben trotzdem nicht ausgeräumt. Zum Glück haben wir nur Kaffeetassen benötigt. Ich konnte mit der speziellen Kaffeemaschine etwas Kaffee machen- meine Frau nicht.

Die Location ist traumhaft, und das Appartment ist super geschnitten, es war alles da was man braucht, der kleine Sitzerker war ein absolutes Highlight, ganz zu schweigen von der traumhaften Aussicht, die man selbst im Bett liegend genießen konnte. Der check-in war absolut reibungslos, vielen Dank auch für die sehr detaillierte Beschreibung!

Das Wegbringen des Mülls war etwas umständlich da man ihn zu einer Sammelstelle bringen musste, also keine Mülltonnen zur Verfügung standen. Das liegt ja aber nicht an der Unterkunft und war auch hier dank sehr guter Beschreibung kein Problem.

Facilité de check in avec le digicode. Emplacement à côté du centre avec parking privé. La vue de l'appartement est très belle sur le lac. Appartement bien équipé avec ascenseur. Grand jardin pour le chien.

En hiver avec les journées plus courtes ou par temps de pluie, une connexion internet et une tv plus récente serait apprécié pour pouvoir brancher un disque dur ou avoir d'autres chaines que Rai 1, 2 et 3.

Posizione eccezionale: a 5 minuti dal bellissimo borgo antico, in posizione elevata, quindi molto panoramica sui tetti di Riva del Garda, con sullo sfondo lo stesso lago… Simpatia, cortesia e disponibilità dei proprietari…

Davvero nulla… Forse, secondo la logica del miglioramento continuo, sarà migliorabile il wireless, attualmente garantito da una “saponetta”, quando arriverà la fibra…
