Short distances to lake, piazza, shopping and restaurants.

No food was included so I could have breakfast when I wanted it. It was a lot of space for just 1 person. There was a parking space for my car at the rear of the house and a locked room for my MTB in the basement. The apartment was very close to the old center of Riva.

A microwave instead of the oven would be more practical. I missed hooks in the apartment or hangers in the cupboard to let there jackets or clothes.

Labai patogi vieta, arti senamiesčio, vos kelios minutės. Erdvus butukas, viskas yra ko reikia. Tikrai dar kartą sugrįžčiau. Super! Interjero detalės labai gražios.

Gut aber nicht perfekt!

Großes Appartement, Top Lage unweit des Zentrums. Parkplatz zum Appartement - wichtiges Kriterium in Riva! Aufzug im Haus, Metzgerei gleich nebenan und ein Fahrradverleih im gleichen Gebäude! Die Lautstärke bei geöffneten Fenster ist definitiv nichts für Ruhesuchende, uns war es egal. Aber es ist direkt an einer gut befahrenen Straße - sollte definitiv erwähnt werden! WiFi funktioniert ganz passabel. Smart TV vorhanden. Die Einrichtung ist älter aber gut. Bett und Couch ( Wohnbereich ) sind ganz gut. Waschmaschine und Spülmaschine sind auch vorhanden - Klasse! Geschirr und Kochutensilien sind ausreichend vorhanden, zumindest hat uns nichts gefehlt. Im großen und ganzen war es gut aber leider nicht sehr gut! Wir würden wiederkommen schon aufgrund der Top Lage ist das Appartement ein wirklich gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis.

Es fehlt etwas an Sauberkeit bei der Ankunft war das ganze etwas angestaubt. Aber man kann damit leben:). Und es fehlt noch immer eine Klimaanlage - dass Appartement befindet sich unter dem Dach und bei hohen Temperaturen kommt man gut ins schwitzen:). Ventilatoren machen das ganze aber dennoch erträglich!

Sehr netter und hilfsbereiter Besitzer. Zu jederzeit wieder!!!!

Das einzige für uns persönlich zu bemängeln wäre das Bett, es war für uns zu weich. Aber man kann es nicht jedem Recht machen.

Einfach,aber ausreichend

Die Wohnung ist schön nah zum Zentrum. In unmittelbarer Nähe befindet sich ein kleiner Supermarkt und ein Fahrradverleih.

Die Wohnung liegt leider an einer gut befahrenen Kreuzung und ist schon recht laut. Müllentsorgung ist leider nicht möglich, da man dafür eine elektronische Karte benötigt.
