A lovely space ideal for a family.

Le Charial is a lovely flat. Lovely bathroom and separate toilet. Directly opposite a supermarket.

big mistake is, that after payment, not before personal told me, that i must pay caution (money ane week left). again, this information is not on web page before payment. And personal not speaking with me and not help me. I using booking many times, this was first time. Like crime organization. I want my money back

Lyon apartment

Apartment was lovely and clean. Nicely decorated with good quality appliances and comfy beds. Liked the colours and there were coffee pods, water and a little pasta and sauce available too, which was a nice touch. There was also a supermarket located directly opposite, great choice and convenience.

Area/suburb the apartment was in was a little shabby and run down. The carpark was secure but down the street a bit in a pretty dark & dingy basement.

Nice accomodation considering the price.

Good kitchen and living room area. The apartment is located on the ground floor so no struggle hauling the suitcase. A parking garage is near the apartment. There's a supermarket directly across the street.

The location is not the most convenient if you want to go downtown. When someone is using the bathroom, the water pump is kinda loud.

Very nice appartment with supermarket across the street

Very nice appartment; supermarket just across the street; fully equipped appartment; the possibility to rent a parking just 50m away from the appartment (10 euros/day) was worth the money. The person receiving us was very friendly and we got a small welcome package. The appartment looks very new to me. Very clean as well.

Only a minor thing: We were coming with 6 people (2 adults 4 children): Cooking Sphagettis turned out not to be easy: There were only two small pots; .. we used both and had to cook a second round after the first was finished :) ...otherwise everything perfect.

Très bien !

La propreté du logement à notre arrivée. L’appartement est spacieux et fonctionnel. Le Super U en face est super pratique (on peut laisser nos enfant aller acheter ce qui manque en les surveillant depuis l’appart 🤣), mais l’inconvénient c’est que les gens nous voient aussi si on ouvre la fenêtre. Belle attention du paquet de pâtes et sauce à dispo.

Il faisait vraiment chaud dans l’appartement même avec les ventilateurs (un peu dur pour les enfants). Donc on ouvrait les fenêtres mais un vis à vis direct. Nous n’avons pas pu utiliser le parking du fait de notre coffre de toit et de la hauteur max d’1.87m. La pompe de relevage dans la salle de bain un peu bruyante, on a rigolé car notre fils pensait qu’il y avait un homme qui tapait dans le sèche linge 🤣

Une nuit au Charial

Appartement spacieux, bien équipé et très propre.

Nous étions 6 adultes. Les 2 chambres sont très bien et très confortables. Par contre le canapé lit est petit pour 2 adultes. Il conviendrait mieux pour des enfants. Heureusement nous y étions seulement pour une nuit.

L'unica cosa positiva è la presenza di un supermercato di fronte all'edificio

Quando siamo arrivati abbiamo verificato che le lenzuola di uno dei due letti non era stato cambiato. Quando abbiamo contattato il manager questi ha parzialmente ammesso il fatto, ma nonostante ciò, si è rifiutato di mandare qualcuno a cambiare le lenzuola, cosa che è avvenuta soltanto il pomeriggio del giorno successivo. Inoltre dormire in una camera dove è presente una caldaia a gas è quantomeno inquietante. In generale, seppur l'appartamento è spazioso, vi sono evidenti carenze igieniche e trascuratezza. La richiesta di un deposito cauzionale di €300 risulta pertanto oltremodo inadeguata.
