The cabin is very private and cozy, super clean with top notch kitchen and bath items. No noise, yet close to the bustle of downtown. The owner was responsive and preferred to conduct all communications via VRBO vs a cell #. Although no problem for us, if you have any mobility problems, parking is on the street on an incline and access into the yard is down some steps. Overall , would stay here again.

This cabin was perfect for our explorations near Glenwood Springs. It was convenient to town. It was cute and cozy and was probably the cleanest VRBO we’ve stayed in. It had everything you could possibly need if you wanted to cook or just enjoy a cold beverage. I would stay here again.

We had a great stay, the cabin has everything you would need for a comfortable stay. We spent Christmas week in Glenwood Springs with our two dogs, the hosts had a little Christmas tree in the cabin and Christmas decor which we loved. The cabin has a little fireplace which makes it feel extra cozy. We cooked Christmas dinner at the cabin, the kitchen was very well equipped with everything we needed. The backyard is completely enclosed and private with seating and a fire pit. The space was perfect for the two of us and our two dogs. The cabin is located about a 10-15 min walk from downtown Glenwood Springs which is perfect, we walked to restaurants and shops. It’s also about a 10 min walk to Glenwood Hot Springs. The cabin is also about 25-30 min drive from sunlight mountain which has some hiking trails and skiing. We absolutely loved staying here and having our first “white” Christmas.

Cozy and comfortable. Perfect for me, my husband, and our two dogs. As soon as I opened the door I knew it was going to be a nice stay. The cabin was warm, there was relaxing music playing, and pleasant smells. We walked to the pool each day. So convenient! We have stayed on the other side of the highway many times- and the thing that always bothered us was how noisy the town is in the mornings. This cabin and neighborhood was quiet and relaxing. After being home for a couple of weeks we are still talking about how nice our stay was! Host was communicative and kind. Could not have asked for more!

The pictures almost don’t do this place justice . It is a very nice and clean property and they allow dogs ! Most places that allow dogs don’t have all the nice little touches but this one does . I appreciated the private back yard with the dog clean up station . It had pretty much everything we needed to cook and relax . I was even mailed back property I missed upon leaving thanks to the cleaning crew and owner . The neighborhood sheep were in the yard next door upon leaving to say goodbye. Would definitely stay again .

Location is excellent, the cabin is beautiful, loved the fenced back yard for our 2 dogs, the interior of the cabin is super-comfortable and the hosts were very welcoming and prompt to respond...highly recommend! We loved our stay at the RAD Cabin. It is such a cute and cozy hidden gem right in the heart of Glenwood Springs. We really liked how convenient it was to downtown and the springs. Despite being so close to the downtown area, it was very quiet and peaceful. We wish we could have stayed longer but plan to go back.

The cabin was excellent, very private. It is located in a Glenwood Springs neighborhood and within walking distance of almost everything. Hotel Glenwood and the Hot Springs pool are within 15 minutes walking distance and old downtown Glenwood is just a bit more than that. Inside the cabin is cozy and has everything you could possibly need. Full kitchen, very well equipped. The bedroom is a little bit tight but there is a walk-in closet with a set of drawers, plenty of room for your clothes. The bathroom is on the other side of the living area from the bedroom but fully stocked and, again, everything you need in a bathroom. I guess if you wanted to be picky, it is a walk-in shower, so no tub. But that is in the description and who uses a tub on vacation anyway?? We were there to play some golf, go to the hot springs (we chose Iron Mountain instead of the tried and true Hot Springs Pool, and Iron Mountain did not disappoint), and visit with some family in town for a memorial service. The little courtyard outside the front door was perfect for just hanging out and relaxing. There is a washer/dryer (which we did not use), BBQ grill (did not use), and sofa sleeper (did not use). Communication and instructions from the host were awesome, we did not need to contact them additionally so can't speak to that but they had everything well taken care of so we didn't need to bug them. We really enjoyed our stay and would not hesitate for one minute to go back. Thanks!!!

Dear Ry, Upgrades were apparent. Everything you could want. We didn’t get a chance to replace the pepper. You’re out. Smoke alarm went off when we made our baked chicken. It wasn’t overly smoky . I guess it’s good that it works. Beds were so comfy. My 84 year old Mom loved every minute. So did Ms. Belle. Rad Cabin is the only yard she’s experienced. Best location ever! It’s such a cute and practical place. Thank you and your wife!

This is our second time renting this cabin and it’s the perfect accommodation in the best location! Quiet neighborhood yet close to town. Tucked away yet with great views. Meticulously clean and fresh with a well appointed kitchen. The bed is super comfortable and decor perfect! The rental, check-in and check-out process was prompt and hassle free. If you want to go out and about, the access is easy or you can tuck in with a good book by the sweet fireplace. We love the Iron Mountain Hot Springs and if you wanted, you can just walk there or to the more well known Glenwood Hot Springs. The hotel was decked out for Christmas and looked glorious at night !!! We Highly recommend this cabin!

Very nice vintage cabin right in the middle of town! The dog loved it as did both of us. Seldom have we stayed at a better equipped house. Even had bags for dog poop! LOVED it and will stay there again.

Great location, very cozy and comfy, dog friendly, fully stocked. It was really nice to have a separate yard for our dogs. Just something to be aware of, this cabin is heavily scented with plug-ins and softener the sheets. No problem unless your allergic/sensitive like me, I recommend bringing your own pillow and unplugging them when you arrive. No complaints at all though, this place is great!
