Downtown Unit Sleeps 4 Private, Roomy, walking distance to everything, dogs ok

The unit was charming and comfortable! It was great being able to walk everywhere. Only challenge was the live music that kept us up until 1am Saturday, but that’s the trade off for being right in the middle of it!

Charming, spacious apartment in a great location right in town. The apartment was much bigger than we expected and was perfect for us as an adult couple, but also spacious enough that I could see it working well for a small family too. We loved that it was walking distance to all of the restaurants/bars in town and Glenwood Hot Springs.The host was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. The street directly outside is 2-hour parking 7 days a week, but we were able to easily find free 24hr street parking about a block away. Since it’s right in town, we could hear bar music pretty late into Saturday night, though it didn’t bother us too much. We loved our stay and would definitely book again!

Perfect Location. Charming apartment. Hulu a plus! Literally walk everywhere. So many fabulous restaurants within a minute or two walk. Our faves: Ranch Co, Smoke, Juicy Lucy's, Slope and Hatch. Doc Halliday's Saloon was fun. Breakfast at Village Inn was a ten minute walk and don't forget to take a piece of pie back for a snack later. An easy 25 minute walk to Iron Mountain Hot Springs right on the Colorado River. 31 different pools and they will bring your drinks to you as you soak. This was a more upscale dip. Glenwood Hot Springs with their cool Rapid Raft course is maybe a five minute walk. Much more family oriented, but very laid back and shouldn't be missed. You'll watch the Gondolas traveling to and fro up the mountain. Walk on over and hop into one. Glenwood Caverns and Adventure Park has a little something for everyone. Plus the views! We did the Alpine Coaster and it was a riot. A spa day is a must. Splendor Mountain Spa is in a cozy cottage that exudes warmth and peace. Nothing fancy here, just beautiful warm hands and one of the best massages we've ever had. Plus a sip of tea after. Perfect. Be warned! There are steps to climb. Being in city center means garbage pickup will wake you up every morning and parking has its challenges. If you're a light sleeper bring your ear plugs. Problem solved. Totally worth it!!! Everyone we encountered was friendly, helpful, interesting. Fun! And soooo incredibly beautiful. Wonderful memories!

Great location in walking distance of everything. Small downside was that being so close to downtown restaurants means the apartment was a little loud, particularly during garbage pick up.
