About this apartment rental
Located in Glenwood Springs, this light filled basement studio apartment is a dream. With a cozy private atmosphere and all the essentials including a washing machine, dryer, and high speed WiFi, Keypad door lock. Pets are welcome for an extra $50 per stay fee (see under fees). There is a large fenced in yard for dogs to safely roam. I do the poop scooping. The kitchen is a small one but has a toaster, microwave, fridge, hotplate, coffee pot, and small sink.There is also an 18’ Tipi and a sweat lodge on the property for you to enjoy any time. I will build a fire in the Tipi and supply wood for $30. I will also host a Sweat in my unique sweat lodge for $100. This place is close to town but feels very private. Only about one mile to the Hot Springs and to Glenwood Adventure Park. There is a very special peaceful vibe about this place. And the perfect base for all your biking, hiking, skiing, rafting, swimming , golfing or paragliding adventures!!!!

We had an amazing time in Glenwood Springs, lots of great food and things to do! This property was perfect for our needs and a great deal. The hosts were very nice. Our dogs loved the large fenced in yard and the property has so many cool features that we had fun exploring. I would highly recommend this place, especially if you have dogs.

Think about having a private park right outside you front door. Bring good shoes and enjoy some hammock time and a half dozen or so sitting areas along the path to the tepee. There are several sitting areas inside the fence by their garden to enjoy to view of the hillside too. Probably the most relaxing place we have rented. The owners are creative artists and it shows throughout to property. Good coffee and a few snacks are provided also. Very private for a very busy Glenwood Springs. Just a few minutes from downtown and the expressway. We will return when we can.

Beautiful stay! Wonderful hosts, very kind, very helpful, we felt like we had our own private space. Big fenced in yard for my pup. The decor and look of the home was beautiful! Definitely will be back!
