Every detail in the property description was valid . BUT WAIT! There’s MORE! Path to the cabin on level flagstone well lighted at night. Light came on when door opened at night….path to riverside’s bike path…no traffic…peaceful with great nature sounds…soft towels and linens..automatic lighton floor entering bathroom..well stocked kitchen and bath..unique decor. STAY THERE

This was a cozy and comfortable place to stay with all the amenities we needed and wanted! The host was very quick to respond to questions when we had them!The reason I would like to come back again and again is because of the gorgeous view of the river and the mountains from a lovely porch with chairs (some rocked, loved them) and a table that looks over the river valley! You could also hear the river from inside the house when the windows were open. There were so many birds with lovely birdsong. There was a marked path to get down to the paved path by the river. I live in the semi-arid desert of West Texas, and the nature here was a balm. So many stars were visible at night. We saw so much nature!

This is a delightful cabin apartment. It is clean, comfy beds, cozy living room, adequately supplied kitchen and nice bathroom. The owners gave a lot of thought in providing what people may want and need in their stay. The patio is a great place to have coffee and watch the river roll by. Very private and lovely. However, I couldn't give the 10 it deserved as when we were there mid-May there was construction next door. The noise and beeping from a backhoe and skidsteer and the yelling of workmen destroyed the ambiance of this lovely place. Wish we had known before we booked, as we were looking for a quiet place away from everything. We cut our stay there short because of the noise. So if you are looking for a quiet place to sit and relax, this isn't it until the construction next door is done. If you will be gone during the day, then by all means book this place. The quiet nights and the sound of the river are worth it.

Excellent 2 bed 1 bath full kitchen cabin, great patio and river path. Hosts and neighbors were amazing. Must go see the glenwood vaudville show. Funny and very entertaining and personable! Only problem is VRBO has the address listed as 0819 which is across the street from 0176. Thank you Laurie!

We were going to leave a day early due to adverse weather. I told the owner we were leaving, but then got to the highway, and it was closed. I asked the owner if we could return to the cottage due to this happenstance, and they said "sure". My friend and I were most grateful for their flexibility.

We stayed two nights while visiting Glenwood Hot Springs. Very nice stay! Everything as stated in the listing. Very well appointed with extra blankets and pillows comfortable beds. Plenty of cooking ware in the kitchen. Bathroom was very largeand had everything you need. The patios were very nice and you could hear the river from the windows all night. We did walk down to the river the stairs are steep but easily done. Laurie gave us a great recommendation on a pizza place in Carbondale. Short drive and awesome food I believe it was called Whitehouse. Easy to get around Glenwood from here but off the busy path quiet and great views of the river.

Awesome little spot in Glenwood, was nearly perfect for what we needed. Great value, and great access to Aspen for skiing! Communication with owners was always quick, and they were willing to help at any moment. I’d recommend this spot, and stay again. One recommendation I’d make is to get an air purifier. The place was a bit dusty due to no central air unit/filter. One of the beds was also a bit stiff, so we bought a pillow topper from target. Pleasing everyone with bed comfort is tough, and I get that. Thanks for hosting us!

Off the beaten path and so excited for the peace and quiet. Totally secluded and had all the amenities we wanted and needed. Plan for a designated driver or call for the local taxi service because it’s hard to find an Uber or Lyft on a Saturday night. Would stay again without question.

We very much enjoyed our stay over Memorial Day weekend. The cabin size and layout was perfect and private. We loved eating out on the back patio and hiking down hill to see nearby Fork River. The classic record player and variety of record albums featuring popular bands spanning 1960s to present were a big hit with our three newly graduated CSU college girls! We hope to book the cabin again. Cheers to the owners!

The road to get to the property was challenging. We were on our motorcycles and the road is Basically a u turn with a steep slope. Could be difficult with a long truck. The property itself was wonderful! The back yard was awesome and loved the fact that the river was so close. The only thing I would change is the light in the kitchen. It was so dark in there. It was perfect size and I liked that the toilet was separate from the sink and shower. The bedrooms were great and The living space was perfect. The starter on the BBQ didn’t work so bring matches if you plan on cooking on it. I would stay there again.
