About this apartment rental
Located in Glenwood Springs, this light filled basement studio apartment is a dream. With a cozy private atmosphere and all the essentials including a washing machine, dryer, and high speed WiFi, Keypad door lock. Pets are welcome for an extra $50 per stay fee (see under fees). There is a large fenced in yard for dogs to safely roam. I do the poop scooping. The kitchen is a small one but has a toaster, microwave, fridge, hotplate, coffee pot, and small sink.There is also an 18’ Tipi and a sweat lodge on the property for you to enjoy any time. I will build a fire in the Tipi and supply wood for $30. I will also host a Sweat in my unique sweat lodge for $100. This place is close to town but feels very private. Only about one mile to the Hot Springs and to Glenwood Adventure Park. There is a very special peaceful vibe about this place. And the perfect base for all your biking, hiking, skiing, rafting, swimming , golfing or paragliding adventures!!!!

The hosts are very friendly and welcoming. Super pet friendly, my 2 dogs loved the yard and enjoyed meeting the neighbor dogs! Super cute fairy gardens, a hobbit hole and other fun features on the property. My sister and I enjoyed walking around and taking pictures. Room was super clean with cold water and snacks awaiting us. The beds are comfortable. Wonderful views and plenty of places to relax on the property - with shade! - in between your fun adventures. Would 100% recommend!

Had a great stay here with the Family to visit Glenwood Springs. Owners are very friendly and kind. Perfect location, just minutes from the hot springs and downtown.

Everything was clean and neat. The owners were very friendly and helpful. The outdoor area was very beautiful and relaxing. Even with a power outage we really enjoyed our stay and had no complaints.

This was such a great stay. Really clean, nice fruit basket, comfortable beds. My six year old loved the “treehouse” bed, the hammock, and the tipi. We would love to stay here again.
