#18-054 This cute, older home has a huge yard for hanging out and is ideally located close to many of the activities Glenwood offers. Within walking distance to downtown Glenwood Springs, close to Glenwood Meadows Shopping Center, located across from Veltus park (which has tennis courts, volleyball courts, a playground, BBQ grills and walking trail). This house is also steps away from the bike trail that runs along town and both the Roaring Fork River and the Colorado River for fishing.
The home itself is Super sunny, cozy, warm and beautiful with 2 comfortable queen sized beds. It has 1 bathroom which has a bathtub/shower.
A huge living room with fireplace, games, free high speed internet * Streaming channels. A dining room with dining set, overhead fan, and work desk.
The kitchen is fully stocked with cooking supplies and essentials. Home also has a laundry room with washer and dryer.
The outdoor deck has a view of the beautiful mountains and seating.
The huge yard is equipped with a fire pit, outdoor seating and blankets so you can enjoy hanging out during Colorado evenings. Permit #18-054

The entire house was clean & comfortable. The deck area was great especially with the trees and a comfotable amount of sunshine. The deck area was a nice place to hangout between all our other activities and we had great weather too! We didn't want to have to clean out the fireplace muck after using it, so we didn't use it. The kitchen was nice and the fenced front area & the backyard was great for our dogs. Nice comfortable place, very functional with a good usable flow and a great location! Property Mgr. communication was good and the whole process was quick, easy and everything worked as it should.

This property was perfect for our return to Glenwood Springs. The easy walk into town and to Two Rivers Park made it the perfect location. We would not hesitate to stay here again. Being able to walk out the front door with great walks with our golden retriever was exactly what we’d hoped for.

This property is in a wonderful location I was very excited to book it! However once we arrived there were many issues which I reported to the property manager. She tried to address them as they presented. The house is older and in need of major TLC. We were disappointed but made the best of the situation. We were there 11 days visiting family and attending my 55th high school reunion. We rose above our disappointment and had a great vacation.
