Garden lower level used only as a vacation rental, lots of windows, two walk out entrances, amazing interior design by Altitude Designs L.L.C. of Glenwood Springs. Fire place (winter only) and Chef's kitchen w/ SS appliances, quarts counter tops, patio with gas grill, and full laundry. Walk to both hot springs. 2 blocks from restaurant row, shops and parks. 1/2 block from bus (up valley to Carbondale, Basalt & Aspen. AMTRAK station 3 blocks. Next to Rio Grande bike trail (paved up valley to Aspen), Close to Glenwood Canyon bike trail (paved). Hiking and Rafting near by. County Courthouse 1/2 block. Downtown parking on site. This is a historic downtown property, some noise can be expected. Glenwood City: permit number is 18-128.

Beautifully renovated apartment. I didn’t realize it was a basement when I booked, but it didn’t feel at all like a basement. Brightly lit, very clean and well stocked. And the location is fantastic. Will definitely be back!

Perfect location! Close to everything…only 13 minute drive to the hanging lake trail which is a must! Iron mountain springs premier is also super nice to go to. The apartment itself was very impressing on the thought and quality put into creating a comfortable place to stay. Super clean and supplied. Great kitchen too! Highly recommend staying. Host was very accommodating and quick to respond. You will be happy hear

Communication, directions, and check in and out instructions were clear and easy to follow. The stay came with a parking spot and the location was easy to walk to town from. Close to restaurants, shops, and the hot springs. The accomodations were clean and modern. The kitchen has everything we needed. The host, Bruce, lives upstairs. He was friendly and conversant without being intrusive. Overall we had a great time in Glenwood Springs and would stay here again.
