Great location, 4 min walk to Circus Maximus, 8 min walk to Piazza Venezia. 15 min walk to the Colosseum. Fantastic aircon. Gianluca met us on arrival to give us the keys and show us how to use everything. Friendly, helpful man.
Difficult to find fault with it. The only thing I can think of is that the online photos make the studio apartment look bigger than it is, but I had a general idea of the size before going as it mentioned being around 370 square ft.

The location was amazing, just in the heart of Rome, next to Colosseum and Roman Forum. The apartment was spacious and clean, it was well equipped in regards to kitchen equipment and also comfortable.
The central AC was not working so we were using a secondary one, which was quite loud. It also did not manage to cool the air in the second floor, so it was too warm for sleeping upstairs. We ended up sleeping downstairs - luckily the apartment was still spacious enough even without using the 2nd floor.

The staff was awesome and very responsive and helpful. We were right by the Valentin Hill and Roman forum. Colosseum was just a 15 minute walk. The apartment had a microwave and large fridge and freezer. They had a small AC unit that ran 24 hours and another that only ran 12 hours.
It was hot. I’m not talking warm I’m talking hot with no airflow. Though there were two AC units it was burning in the apartment. Gratefully they gave us two fans but even with those pointed directly at us, the middle of the night was way too hot. None of us could sleep for most of the night. We came in August and I could not stay here again at this time of year. My only real complaint was the heat so if it was not as hot this would be a great apartment.
