Appartamento molto accogliente, pulito e ben organizzato. La posizione è davvero ottima, comodissima per visitare il centro di Roma e raggiungere i principali punti di interesse a piedi. Check-in semplice e ambiente tranquillo. Ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo.

Federico qui nous a accueilli a été très agreable et m’a donné de chouettes recommaandations de restaurants. L’appartement est très bien placé. Environnement silencieux. Wifi impeccable. Un kit nettoyage donné à notre arrivée avec éponge, liquide vaisselle, produit pour lave linge et lave vaisselle, super apprécié et utile !!
Dès l’arrivée, odeur de moisissure. Idem dans le placard de la chambre, très désagréable. Traces de moisissures visibles par endroits. Le lit était bancal, nous avons revisser les pieds ! Lunette des WC bancale aussi, c’est facile de le réparer. Conseils et suggestions pour les propriétaires: - verifier le lave vaisselle, message d’erreur lors de notre séjour - Manque verres à eau - Manque casserole taille moyenne - Manque 1ou 2 bols

Квартира требует ремонта. Песен в ванной, дырка в полу под кондиционер, не закрывается дверь холодильника без замка, запах плесени и сырости. Нужно убирать намного лучше номер перед заселением.
