Great location, spacious, cool in the heat of the summer, our family felt safe, host was very helpful.

We had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this apartment. The location is convenient if you're looking to stay in the Monti neighborhood, with easy walking to restaurants, cafés, shops, and attractions such as the Colosseum, Roman Forum, and the Vittorio Emanuele II Monument. Other major attractions are just a short taxi ride away. It was generally pretty quiet day and night, and we slept well. The apartment matched the photos, was spacious and comfortable, and the neighborhood felt safe. The host was responsive and helpful, and check-in was easy. Although the elevator is small, it was reliable. The air conditioning worked great, the water pressure and hot water were excellent, the kitchen was well equipped, the washer worked well, the Wi-Fi was excellent and basic toiletries were provided for the first couple of days (bring your own for longer stays). A welcome guide with the Wi-Fi password, appliance instructions, and recommendations for nearby restaurants, grocery stores, pharmacies, and other local tips would be a great addition. Overall, this is a quiet, comfortable apartment in a convenient Monti location, and we would happily stay here again!

The floors definitely need a thorough cleaning. We noticed our feet became quite dirty just from walking around barefoot or with socks on. This is an easy fix and did not take away from the overall general stay.

We had a great stay in this apartment. It has three bedrooms and two comfortable bathrooms, although finding the second one felt like a little quest at first! 😊 The apartment is spacious, the air conditioning works perfectly, and the beds are very comfortable. The third bedroom is quite small and doesn’t have a wardrobe, but it’s also the quietest room in the apartment, which we really appreciated. The building has an elevator, which was very convenient. The street is lively, with plenty of cafés and restaurants nearby, and there’s a small grocery store right next door. The location is excellent – just a short walk from the Colosseum, and we were able to reach almost all the main attractions on foot. Overall, we would happily stay here again and recommend it visiting Rome.
