Per chi ha problemi di deambulazione ci sono tanti gradini ripidi, sarebbe meglio indicarlo.

The location is great and it is very nice to have a terrace. The beds are very comfortable and the place was clean, bright and nicely decorated. Overall we had a good stay

The terrace has no view on monuments and is much smaller than what it looks in the pictures, like the rest of the apartment, it does not feel at all like 130 m2. No hot water in the lower floor bathroom, just lukewarm if one waits long enough, and no space whatsoever to put toiletries… coffee machine out of order, no microwave, kitchen very small and with really basic appliances, there was not even a bottle opener ( we had to buy one) and just one knife ! Communication on the day of arrival was difficult, we had to call and email multiple times to receive the instructions for check in, that were provided more than an hour later than previously indicated, while on the day of check out we were denied a later check out ( we did offer to pay extra for it) because other guests were arriving ( lucky them… they got access much earlier than us) Check out at 10 am is really too early.

Very good location near city center and colosseo. We did nearly all by foot but you have a Metro station at 200m Good communication with Host via Whatsapp.

Location and terrace. The apartment is on the top floor 4 flights up. No elevator

They say there are stairs and show a picture inside the apt of steep stairs to the main second floor. They do NOT mention that you need to carry your luggage up 4 flights …60 stairs, to reach the top floor of the building where the apartment is. Every time you leave or return you need to climb the winding staircase. It was deceptive marketing. I am a healthy 73 yrs old my friends in their 60’s. It is very important to say there is NO elevator and you must be in good physical shape to climb up to the apartment. That was very disappointing that we did not know before we booked. Also there are 2 regular bedrooms. Not 4. One bedroom is small child size bunkers and then the sofa bed in the living room. No TV in living room but no big deal for us. The stairs… big deal.
