We had a great experience from start to finish at this location. The location was excellent, roughly 1/2 a half block to the front of the Colosseum. Couldn't have been closer, but on a quiet side street. Two bedrooms and bathrooms were so appreciated by guests. Large rooms, kitchen, living. All new, well-appointed, and VERY comfortable. We arrived during the heat wave, and the air was fresh and worked perfectly. The third floor was not a problem at all, thanks to the elevator. The best aspect was the wonderful host, Francesco, who should receive a medal. He helped us arrange airport transport before our arrival, and then, when our flight from the US was canceled and rescheduled, he rearranged a pickup and helped us get back on track. He was always available for questions, showed us everything at check-in, and gave us recommendations (which we took) on where to eat. Amazing human!!!! The location and everything was more than I expected. The whole experience was great and a real gem in Rome.

Excellent communication with host. Great apartment, very comfortable. Loved having the Coleseum just down the road. Excellent restaurants nearby. We were also lucky to get an early check in.
