Staff was very friendly. Hotel in a quite area, away from busy streets and tourists, but walking distance from major attractions, and with a great restaurant outside that specializes in carbonaras.

I Had never been out of the states besides resorts so I was a little nervous going to Italy but Poli and Catalina were the best !!! They gave us the best places to eat had us a taxi ready when needed .They made our trip perfect !!And as far as the hotel it was beautiful and clean and walking distance to EVERYTHING. Absolutely most beautiful place to visit a trip I will remember forever Thank you !!

The staff was wonderful. They helped with any detail that needed attention. The location is perfect and very central for walking Rome.
