Location; the managers were reliable and efficient.
The sofa bed in the living room was not comfortable to sleep on. It should not be listed as a sleeping option.

The apartment was a unique style and had great views of the Roman Forum. Comfortable beds, nice to have two full bathrooms. Clean.
Liked the fact that Alessandro met us at the apartment and let us keep our bags there while the housekeeper finished cleaning the apartment, very helpful for us.
There was an iron - a plus you don't often see!
The street, although there were a lot of cars parked there, was really quiet.
Would have liked to see the kitchen a little better equipped, some dish towels and maybe some paper towels or napkins would have been really good.
We were unable to call a taxi to the apartment, by phone or by using the app (on several occasions), had to walk out to a busier street to flag one down
