Localização excelente. A fachada e a entrada rústicas não representam o conforto do apartamento, que é excelente. Acomodou muito bem minha família de 4 adultos e 2 crianças. Conta com uma suíte (quarto+banheiro) com cama de casal, um outro quarto com cama de casal e mais um banheiro no corredor e uma sala ampla com sofá cama de casal e cozinha equipada (fogão, geladeira e lava louças), além de ferro de passar, maquina de lavar roupa e 2 secadores de cabelo. O único inconveniente são os 4 andares de escada, contudo, se você não tiver problema de mobilidade não terá problema em subir.
Corredor de entrada tem um cheiro característico de edificação mais antiga, um pouco desagradável, contudo esse problema não afeta o apartamento.
