It was large and very accommodating for our family and in good condition
The back porch is a bit run down and the ensuite needs a fan like ten other bathroom. Supplied like toilet paper were a bit low

We loved the location - excellent restaurants in walking distance. Bedroom are a great size with bathrooms, washing machine/dryer, kitchen helpful, loved the sofa which turned into a bed, a/c was excellent, pillows ok but have choices...
sofa itself wasn't very comfy as the big cushions kept slipping.
