Flatinrome Trastevere B is a comfortable 100 square metres (1080 Sq.Ft.) three bedroom apartment with shared roof top terrace located on the 2nd floor of a characteristic Roman 3 storey building, on the picturesque district of Trastevere. It is ideal for those looking for a relaxing break away from the crowded city center roads and hotels but at the same time looking for very quiet an accommodation for light sleepers in the very centre of Rome
This rate includes: * Utilities (water and electricity) * Air conditioning (1.6 30.9) and heating (1.11 15.4) * Cleaning assurance: if you don t find the apartment as clean as you expected, please let me know within 24 hours of your arrival and I will have the apartment(s) cleaned again, free of charge. * 24 hours assistance for any issue not only pertaining to the apartment * Free Wifi internet connection * Linen and towels *Free healtcare 24h assistance in English, French, German and Spanish (Health advice, Medical dispatch, connection with the hospital, etc.) EXTRAS: * Car transfer to/from airport/stations (70 Euros)
Arrivals: The check in time is from 4:00 PM, but I m flexible! If you d like to arrive earlier, contact me in advance, and I ll do my best to accommodate you. After 4:00 PM, you can check in independently, provided that the online registration has been completed in advance. We will then arrange to meet in person for verification. If you prefer an in person check in, we must schedule a precise appointment. Please note that: * After 8:00 PM, there is an extra charge of 50. * After midnight, the extra charge is 70. Departures: Check out must be completed by 10:00 AM. If you have different preferences, please inform me at least 2 days in advance, and I ll do my best to accommodate you! Pets I m happy to welcome your furry friends! A cleaning fee of 50 per stay applies for deep cleaning.
Trastevere Complex is in the perfect location for visiting the Eternal City by walk. The historical centre of Rome is in fact quite small: it s a circle of less than 3 kilometres (less than 2 miles) in diameter that includes (from North clockwise): Termini Station, Coliseum, Trastevere and Vatican. All the major attractions are in between. The apartment is also well connected to the city airports (Fiumicino and Ciampino) and to the main train stations in Rome. With a few steps you can cross the river on Ponte Fabricio the oldest remaining bridge of Rome (62 bC !) and get to Jewish Ghetto and Largo Argentina, in the heart of the historical centre of the Eternal City.

Our exitedded family of 12 stayed here and it was perfect. Nice area just on the outskirts of the hustle and bustle of downtown Rome. Excellent communication, clean accommodations. Massimo allowed us to check in early since the apartment was ready, which was so nice! Couldn’t ask for more.
