Nice bedroom and bath downstairs but the circular staircase down is very difficult. Hard to take luggage down and scary at night. Location is a very, very long walk into the Forum and Colosseum.
Communication could have been better with the owner. Taxi ride from the train station to the apartment cost 53 euro. If they would drive direct it should be 20. Taxi drivers are terrible in Rome, they always drive out of the way.

Het appartement is zeer centraal gelegen maar erg klein voor 4 personen. De beide slaapkamers zijn niet afsluitbaar dus dat is met 2 stellen een beetje ingewikkeld.
De airco leidt een eigen leven. De cv stond keihard te loeien terwijl het buiten 30 graden was. De kelder is erg vochtig. De trap naar de kelder is eng. Veel ringen van de gordijnen zijn los.

Bardzo dobra lokalizacja przy samym Forum Romanum dzięki temu nie potrzeba wykupywać karty RomaPass bo wszędzie można dojść pieszo albo ewentualnie podjechać autobusem. Zaraz po wyjściu z apartamentu mamy kilka restauracji, sklep spożywczy, mini drogerie czy kawiarnie.
Otwarta toaleta bez drzwi w pokoju na niższym poziomie. Apartament jest podzielony na dwa poziomy. Na wyższym poziomie mamy sypialnie oddzieloną ścianką, mini salonem i zamkniętą toaletą z prysznicem. Natomiast druga część apartamentu na niższym poziomie wszystko jest otwarte czyli sypialnia i toaleta z prysznicem są w jednym pomieszczeniu.

The location is great! I also loved that everything you need is there: from a nice shower (upstairs) and Nespresso coffee machine (with yummy cups) to towels and basics such as pepper & salt. The host gives very clear instructions and shows Italian hospitality.
The second room, down in the basement, smelled too "moist". Since it did not have any windows, me and my friend ended up sharing a bed on the base floor. In the end, we could have spent less and have only 1 bed. It was also quite dark in the kitchen and living room area. The TV didn't have any stations or streaming subscription.
